SIBO was built by Agostina Barth cha with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix SIBO opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Recreate a Spanish-language 2D educational web quiz game titled “SIBO” / “Reto Intestino Delgado”, presented as a polished responsive single-screen interface rather than an animated world. Use a dark navy radial-gradient background with a centered shell, rounded dark blue glass-like card, subtle borders and shadow, bright cyan-to-lime accent gradients, pale blue body text, and amber warning callouts. At the top, show a cyan/blue rounded-square “iD” logo, the heading “Reto Intestino Delgado”, the subtitle “Un laboratorio de decisiones sobre SIBO”, and on the right a progress label plus a horizontal cyan-to-lime progress bar. At the bottom show the disclaimer “Aprender no es diagnosticar: analiza evidencias y justifica tus decisiones.” and a lime score label during play. At the bottom provide a large full-width or prominent gradient button labeled “Comenzar investigación”. Core gameplay is exactly 11 sequential multiple-choice case challenges. Each challenge has an eyebrow “Caso breve”, a large title, a small cyan pill tag such as “1 · Fundamentos”, a dark inset scenario panel, and four selectable answer buttons arranged in a 2-column grid on desktop and one column on narrow screens. Use these challenge topics and correct answers: 1) explain that the small intestine participates in digestion/absorption and normally has fewer bacteria than the colon; 2) bloating, gas and stool changes are compatible with many situations and require context/professional evaluation, not confirmation of SIBO; 3) excess bacteria in the small intestine can compete for nutrients and ferment food before absorption finishes; 4) excess bacteria can lead to altered fermentation, gas/distension and possible absorption interference; 5) persistent symptoms and weight loss require attention to duration, intensity and warning signs and professional evaluation; 6) SIBO means an excess/alteration of bacteria in the small intestine, not simply normal bacteria anywhere in the digestive system; 7) claims that rice, bread and fruit must be eliminated forever are an overgeneralization because tolerance, quantity and context vary; 8) fairly investigate eating speed versus a single culprit by recording meals, speed, portions, symptoms and context for several days without changing many variables at once; 9) symptoms after dairy could have alternatives such as lactose intolerance and do not identify SIBO by themselves; 10) intestinal movement and emptying affect how long contents remain and can change the bacterial environment, without guaranteeing SIBO; 11) respond to a worried friend by listening, not diagnosing, warning about risks of extreme restrictions, and recommending a health professional. When the player clicks an answer, prevent further choices, mark the correct option with a pale green background/border, and if the selected answer is wrong mark it red while still revealing the correct answer. Award one point only for a correct choice. Show feedback below the answers: for a correct choice use a green-tinted panel headed “✓ Buena decisión”; for an incorrect choice use a red-tinted panel headed “△ Revisa tu razonamiento”. Each challenge must include a Spanish explanatory feedback paragraph emphasizing evidence, uncertainty, alternative causes, and that education does not replace clinical evaluation. Enable a button only after answering, labeled “Siguiente desafío”, or “Ver resultado” on challenge 11. Update the top progress bar based on challenge index and show “Desafío N de 11” plus “Puntos: X”. Results screen: show the eyebrow “Informe del laboratorio”, a large score such as “8/11”, a score-dependent Spanish message: for 80% or more, “Tu razonamiento conecta mecanismos, evidencias y límites.”; for 55–79%, “Tienes una base sólida; vuelve a los casos donde confundiste compatibilidad con diagnóstico.”; otherwise “El laboratorio deja pistas: repasa ubicación, exceso bacteriano, síntomas inespecíficos y mitos.” Include a centered cyan-to-lime percentage meter, the reminder “Recuerda: este juego enseña a analizar ideas sobre SIBO; no reemplaza la evaluación de un profesional de la salud.” and a gradient button “Repetir investigación” that resets to the first challenge with zero points. Make the layout accessible, high contrast, keyboard/click friendly, responsive, and keep all visible game copy in Spanish. Do not add combat, characters, timers, lives, random power-ups, or diagnostic claims.
