Make your own game

Quiz Forge was built by wrary with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Quiz Forge opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Quiz Forge

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Recreate a responsive browser game titled “Quiz Forge,” an original quiz-and-creator market simulator. The game is a playable UI over a Three.js animated sci-fi background. Use a dark navy/black space setting with a subtle radial-gradient atmosphere, many small blue/lavender stars, a large dark circular platform/floor across the lower background, and a glowing electric-blue torus/ring near the horizon. The camera is a slowly drifting perspective camera looking toward the center; the ring rotates very slowly and the stars rotate subtly. Behind the interface, show up to five floating vertical collectible-card meshes for the player’s most prominent custom blooks (listed first, then highest sales/newest), gently bobbing and rotating. Each card should be a colored gradient card with translucent inset borders/stripes, a large selected icon, the blook name, uppercase rarity, and a coin price. The screenshot’s visual mood is dark, spacious, neon-blue/purple, and glassmorphic rather than a conventional 3D action game.

Place a fixed glassmorphism HUD over the scene. Use translucent dark blue panels with rounded corners, thin white borders, backdrop blur, and soft shadows. At the top, show the Quiz Forge brand and subtitle explaining that only the player’s custom blooks can be listed, plus stat boxes for Coins, Created, Listed, and Streak. The main area is a two-column layout on desktop and stacks responsively on narrow screens. The large left panel has four pill tabs: Quiz, Create Blook, Collection, and Market. The right panel is always visible as “Market activity,” with a “Claim daily bonus” button, an explanatory hint that only the player’s own creations enter the market, and a timestamped activity feed.

Core loop: start with 120 coins and no custom blooks. In the Quiz tab, continuously present one multiple-choice general-knowledge question at a time, with four shuffled answer buttons. Include questions such as the Red Planet/Mars, largest ocean/Pacific, hexagon sides/6, plants absorb Carbon Dioxide, browser language/JavaScript, 9×8/72, mixing blue and yellow to make green, water freezing at 0°C, three-sided shape/Triangle, solar-system center/The Sun, mammal/Dolphin, and minutes in an hour/60. When an answer is clicked, lock all buttons, mark the correct choice green and an incorrect selected choice red, and show feedback. Correct answers increase the streak and award coins using reward = 12 + min(18, streak×3), so successive correct answers pay 15, 18, etc. Incorrect answers reset the streak and explain the right answer. Automatically advance to the next question after about 950ms. Log quiz wins and misses in the activity feed.

In Create Blook, let the player enter a name up to 18 characters, select rarity from Common, Rare, Epic, or Legendary, choose one of eight colors (green, cyan, blue, purple, pink, orange, yellow, red), and choose one of eight icons (★, ✦, ☄, ☾, ⚙, ⚡, ☘, ♞). Show a live preview card with the icon, gradient color, name, rarity, and base value. Rarity mint fees and base values are: Common 25 coins/60 base value, Rare 50/120, Epic 90/210, Legendary 150/380. The preview should also show the current mint fee. Clicking “Create custom blook” requires a nonempty name and enough coins; subtract the fee, create the player-owned blook, set its current price to its base value, demand to 1, sales to 0, and listed to false, then send the player to Collection and log the creation. If the name is empty or funds are insufficient, show a clear feedback message and do not create it.

In Collection, show only the blooks the player created—never insert premade market inventory. Each card displays its gradient/icon, name, rarity, base value, sales count, and a button that toggles between “List in market” and “Delist from market.” Listing or delisting logs an activity message. Empty collection and empty market states should be informative hint boxes.

In Market, show only listed custom blooks. Each listing displays icon, name, rarity, demand multiplier (formatted like Demand x1.00), sales count, current price, minus and plus price controls, and a Delist button. The minus/plus controls change price by 10 coins, with a minimum of 20. Every roughly 4.2 seconds, simulate AI buyers for each listed blook: demand drifts randomly but is clamped between 0.65 and 2.4; fair price is base value × demand; sale probability depends on rarity and whether the listed price is at or below fair price. Use approximate rarity sale chances Common .25, Rare .20, Epic .16, Legendary .11, with prices at or below fair value getting a 1.18 multiplier and overpriced items becoming less likely to sell. On a sale, award the current rounded price to the player, increment sales, nudge demand upward, and move price toward base value × demand; otherwise slowly drift price toward fair value. Log sales in the activity feed and update the HUD automatically. This should create a clear pricing strategy: lower prices sell faster while higher prices can earn more.

The daily bonus button can be claimed once per real-world calendar day and grants 80 coins; repeated claims that day produce a message rather than another reward. Persist the full game state in localStorage, including coins, streak, quiz progress, selected creator options, custom blooks, activity, active tab, and last bonus day, and restore it on reload. Maintain an activity feed of up to 18 newest entries, categorized as Market, Studio, or Tip with readable times. Keep player-created blooks as the only possible listings and sales. Make all controls touch-friendly, with gradient purple/blue primary buttons, green secondary buttons, rounded cards, responsive grids, and accessible labels. Expose optional live state hooks equivalent to window.getGameState() and window.setGameState(patch) for coins, streak, active tab, creator selections, custom blooks, and activity.
