Pixel Fruits was built by Gxmini X with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix Pixel Fruits opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Create a browser-based 2D top-down adventure game titled “Pixel Fruits,” using a full-screen HTML canvas with responsive HUD overlays. The game should feel like a colorful, chunky cartoon/pixel-inspired pirate RPG, using a limited bright palette: cyan-blue ocean background, cream panels, dark navy outlines, red accents, gold highlights, and simple geometric sprites. Use crisp outlined shapes rather than detailed illustrations. Start with a centered cream modal over a translucent dark-blue screen overlay. Show the large red title “Pixel Fruits” with a gold offset shadow, followed by the description: “A colorful top-down pirate adventure. Choose a crew and set sail across a world of islands, quests, bosses, swords, and mysterious fruits.” Below it show two crew cards: an active Pirates card with a pirate icon, text saying the player spawns at Starter Island and has a red vest, straw adventure hat, black hair, and a brave new voyage, plus a “Choose Pirates” button; and a faded/greyed Marines card with an anchor icon, “Coming soon. This faction is locked in the first build.” and a disabled “Unavailable” button. Selecting Pirates closes the overlay and starts the game with the player at Starter Island. The game world is a large 2200 by 1500 top-down ocean map that follows the player with a camera centered on the player where possible. Paint the ocean cyan-blue. Place ten large outlined oval islands, each with a distinct flat fill and a name plus recommended level label beneath it: Starter Island (level 1+, tan, around x380 y800), Jungle Island (level 10+, green, x1110 y520), Desert Oasis (level 30+, tan, x1740 y350), Frozen Outpost (level 60+, pale icy blue, x1720 y1040), Sky Sanctuary (level 90+, pale gold, x1040 y1110), Magma Caldera (level 130+, terracotta red, x620 y280), Shipwreck Graveyard (level 180+, grey, x390 y1300), Fishfolk Depths (level 240+, teal, x1260 y1360), Cursed Sky Castle (level 320+, purple, x2010 y760), and Wano Citadels (level 450+, pink, x1460 y760). Add sparse simple trees/vegetation on islands: small brown trunks with round green tops on the Jungle Island and brown trunks with yellow-green tops elsewhere. There is no need for water collision or island collision: movement is bounded by the world edges. The player is a small top-down cartoon pirate at approximately x350 y800: red rectangular vest/body, peach circular face, black square eyes/hair details, and a wide straw-colored hat with a brim. Move with WASD or arrow keys, and also support a large translucent circular virtual joystick at bottom-left for touch devices. The player moves at roughly 190 world units per second, remains inside the world bounds, and the camera scrolls with them. When damaged, briefly tint/flash the player white. If HP reaches zero, restore full HP, return the player to Starter Island, and show a notification. Add two quest-giver NPCs as simple cream circular characters with navy outlines, a red exclamation mark above them, and their names below: Pirate Jay at approximately (240,745) on Starter Island and Explorer Kai at approximately (960,500) on Jungle Island. Press E near an NPC to interact. Pirate Jay gives the “Bandit Trouble” quest to defeat 3 bandits; after reaching level 10, if the player has no fruit, interacting with Jay instead awards the Stretch Fruit; once the quest is complete, return to Jay to receive 100 Beli and 50 EXP. Explorer Kai is inaccessible before level 10, then offers “Jungle Patrol,” requiring 4 jungle monkeys and rewarding 200 Beli and 150 EXP. Show toast notifications for quest acceptance, progress, completion, lack of strength, and fruit rewards. Press E near an enemy to attack as an alternate interaction behavior. Place eight level-1 red bandit enemies around Starter Island, and seven level-10 brown monkey enemies around Jungle Island. Render each as a simple outlined circle with two square eyes, a dark HP bar above it, and a colored remaining-health fill. Enemies slowly move toward the player when within roughly 190 units, damage the player on contact at roughly 8 HP per second with a short invulnerability interval, and can be defeated. Bandit defeats reward 35 Beli and 35 EXP; monkey defeats reward 90 Beli and 80 EXP. Defeated enemies disappear. Basic attacks are performed with Space, have a short cooldown (about 0.32 seconds), target the nearest enemy within about 76 units, and deal 10 + twice the player level + the equipped sword’s power. If no enemy is close, show “Move closer to an enemy.” Display floating damage and reward text above combatants. Support fruit abilities. The player begins with no fruit and cannot use abilities until one is equipped. Z and X activate attacks with a roughly 1.3-second shared cooldown, affecting all nearby living enemies in radius 110 for Z or 150 for X. Z deals 28 + 3x player level and X deals 42 + 3x player level; show floating colored damage and a toast naming the selected fruit skill. Include this fruit catalog with rarity, color, and four named skills per fruit: Stretch Fruit (Common, purple, Stretch Barrage / Elastic Bazooka / Rubber Rocket / Second Gear); Flame Fruit (Rare, orange-red, Fire Fist / Flame Pillars / Burning Dash / Inferno Ring); Frost Fruit (Rare, pale cyan, Ice Spears / Frozen Wave / Ice Birds / Blizzard Field); Light Fruit (Legendary, yellow, Light Arrow / Radiant Rain / Flash Step / Light Sword); Tremor Fruit (Mythic, pale grey, Shatter Punch / Quake Wave / Seismic Slam / Island Shaker); Storm Fruit (Legendary, blue, Lightning Bolt / Wind Cutter / Thunder Cage / Tempest Form); Sand Fruit (Uncommon, ochre, Sand Blade / Quicksand Trap / Sand Slide / Dust Tornado); Shadow Fruit (Legendary, purple-black, Shadow Claw / Dark Step / Clone Ambush / Night Form); Crystal Fruit (Rare, lavender, Crystal Spear / Crystal Wall / Shard Rain / Prism Shield); Vine Fruit (Uncommon, green, Vine Grab / Thorn Burst / Healing Garden / Root Prison); Magnet Fruit (Legendary, red, Metal Pull / Scrap Cannon / Magnetic Field / Iron Meteor); Poison Fruit (Rare, lime green, Poison Dart / Toxic Pool / Venom Mist / Serpent Form); Gravity Fruit (Mythic, very dark navy, Gravity Pull / Gravity Crush / Float Field / Meteor Drop); Portal Fruit (Mythic, purple, Portal Step / Rift Trap / Rift Slash / Dimensional Form); Beast Fruit (Legendary, red, Beast Claw / Predator Dash / Roar Stun / Monster Form). Only the Z and X slots need to be usable in this build. Initialize the player at level 1 with 0 EXP, 250 Beli, 100/100 HP, 0 stat points, no fruit, and a “Rusty Cutlass.” Use this sword catalog and power values: Rusty Cutlass 8, Coral Saber 13, Wano Katana 20, Soul Cane 27, Storm Trident 38, Dark Blade 52, Dragon Fang 70, each with a distinct simple color. On leveling, use an EXP requirement of 100 + 75 times the current level; carry over excess EXP, increase level by one, grant 3 stat points, increase max HP by 12, restore HP fully, and show a level-up toast. Create a fixed HUD over the canvas. At top-left, show a cream rounded dark-outlined panel with level and Beli on the first row, a red HP bar, current/max HP and current fruit on the next row, a green EXP bar, and current EXP/required EXP plus stat points on the final row. Beneath it show an “ACTIVE QUEST” panel with the current objective, initially “Talk to Pirate Jay at the docks.” At top-right, provide stacked buttons: “🎒 Backpack,” “📜 Quests,” “🗺 Map,” and “🛒 Shop.” At bottom-center show a hint panel reading “WASD / arrows to move • E to interact • Z/X fruit skills • Space to attack.” Show temporary cream toast notifications near the upper center. Keep controls and buttons usable on both desktop and mobile. Implement the Backpack menu as a centered scrollable cream panel showing Equipped Fruit, Equipped Sword, and Materials, with materials displayed as “Bandit Tokens ×” followed by half the player level rounded down. Implement the Quests menu showing active quest title, goal, progress, and reward, or “No active quest. Visit a quest giver.” Implement the Map menu as a grid listing all ten islands, their recommended levels, and either “Unlocked” or “Locked” based on the player’s level; this is an informational menu and does not need teleportation. Implement the Shop menu with the text “Stock rotates between islands. Buy a fruit or sword with Beli.” and five purchasable items: Flame Fruit, Sand Fruit, Frost Fruit for 5000 Beli each, and Coral Saber and Wano Katana for 2500 Beli each. Buying equips the fruit or sword immediately, updates the HUD, and shows a toast; insufficient funds show “Not enough Beli.” Menus should have a close button and dark translucent backdrop. Use responsive CSS with rounded cream panels, thick navy borders, offset drop shadows, Trebuchet MS/system sans-serif typography, and a compact mobile layout. Include a bottom-left virtual joystick matching the visual style. Add small floating combat text and simple particle/notification hooks, but keep the overall presentation clean, flat, colorful, and readable like the supplied screenshot. Do not add faction gameplay for Marines, elaborate boss behavior, boats, inventory systems beyond the listed menus, or mechanics not described above.
