Make your own game

Mini Kale was built by Vahap Vahapoğlu with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Mini Kale opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Mini Kale

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a responsive browser game titled “Mini Kale”, a top-down, turn-based tabletop-style soccer/football duel. The entire game is drawn in a 1000x600 HTML canvas with a responsive UI around it. Use a dark navy-green page background, a centered app layout, and a menu overlay shown at startup. The menu is a dark translucent rounded panel with the label “TOP-DOWN / SIRA TABANLI FUTBOL”, a large “Mini Kale” title, Turkish explanatory text saying that players roll a die, make a move, and shoot at the opponent goal, with the first team to 5 goals winning. Include selectors for the player team (Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe, Beşiktaş), opponent team (Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray, Beşiktaş), mode (computer opponent or same-screen two-player), and pitch color (classic green or night green), plus a “Maçı Başlat” button.

The playfield is a flat, top-down soccer pitch occupying x=45..955 and y=45..555 in the logical canvas. Draw a green rectangular field with a pale outline, subtle alternating vertical grass stripes, a halfway line, center circle and center spot, penalty/goal boxes at both ends, and pale rectangular goal mouths extending outside the field at the center of each short side. In classic mode use a medium green field and dark green surround; in night mode use a darker green field and dark teal surround. The ball is a small white circle with a dark outline at midfield. Each side has one movable circular outfield player and one circular goalkeeper: the player circles use the selected team’s primary color with a contrasting yellow/gold trim for Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe, or white/black styling for Beşiktaş; goalkeepers have an additional thin inner white ring. Start with the two active players around x=250 and x=750 at midfield, goalkeepers around x=110 and x=890, and the ball at the center. Galatasaray is red with yellow trim, Fenerbahçe blue with yellow trim, and Beşiktaş white with black trim.

This is a turn-based game. At the beginning of each turn roll a random six-sided die, displayed in a large stylized die HUD element near the lower left; the die value is 1–6. The current team may move its active player by exactly die value × 12 pixels per movement command, clamped inside the pitch with a margin. Movement updates the shot aim direction. The active player can shoot only when within 115 pixels of the ball. A shot sends the ball from near the player in the current aim direction with speed/power die value × 58, then switches into a moving-ball phase. The ball travels with friction/deceleration, bounces off the top and bottom boundaries and side boundaries with reduced velocity, and can enter either goal only through the central goal opening. A ball entering the left goal scores for the right team; entering the right goal scores for the left team. After a goal, reset ball and all players to their starting positions, roll a new die, and give the next turn to the other side. When the ball comes to rest, automatically end the turn and pass play to the opponent. Goal scoring should play a short ascending celebratory tone if browser audio is available.

The first team to reach 5 goals wins. Show a match-over overlay with “MAÇ BİTTİ”, a winner title such as “[team] kazandı!”, the final score, and a “Yeni Maç” button returning to the setup menu. In computer mode, the opponent is team B: it repeatedly moves toward the ball and, when close enough, aims generally toward the left goal and shoots. In local two-player mode, both players use the same screen with separate keyboard controls.

Use a polished dark translucent HUD over the field. At the top center show colored team dots and the score in the form “[team A] 0 — 0 [team B]”. Show a pill-shaped current-turn line with Turkish text like “[team] turu · Zar: 6 · Hareket 72px · Vuruş 180px”, and a status pill near the app header indicating who is playing or that the ball is moving. At the bottom show the die, a Turkish help box, and gold directional touch buttons (left, up, down, right) plus a “VUR” button. Keyboard controls: team A uses WASD or arrow keys to move and Space to shoot; in local two-player mode team B uses arrow keys and Enter to shoot. On mobile, directional buttons perform movement, the VUR button shoots, and dragging on the pitch either moves in the drag direction or, when close to the ball, aims and shoots. Preserve touch-friendly rounded gold controls, pale field markings, large high-contrast typography, and responsive sizing so the game is playable on narrow portrait screens as well as desktop.
