Make your own game

Liga Catracha was built by Loko Pison with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Liga Catracha opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Liga Catracha

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a 2D top-down arcade soccer game titled “Liga Catracha,” rendered responsively on a single full-screen canvas with a fixed 960x540 logical resolution scaled to fit the viewport. Use a dark navy stadium background (#061827/#071a2d), with decorative crowd bands above and below the pitch: dark blue strips containing rows of small animated blue, white, and gold dots, and the centered title “LIGA CATRACHA” in the upper band.

Start on a Spanish-language team-selection menu. Show a dark translucent rounded panel centered on the stadium, with the title split into “LIGA” and large “CATRACHA,” the subtitle “FÚTBOL ARCADE,” and “Elige tu club.” Provide two large rounded buttons: a blue “TIBURONES / DEL NORTE” button on the left and a white “ÁGUILAS / CAPITALINAS” button on the right. Below them display “Toca un club para empezar • Mueve y chuta.” Tapping either button starts a 90-second match; keyboard 1 and 2 should also select the corresponding club. Preserve the visible club names “Tiburones del Norte” and “Águilas Capitalinas” in the match scoreboard. The actual match’s controllable captain is the blue number-10 player, matching the implementation.

The match is a flat, top-down rectangular soccer field centered between the crowd strips. The pitch is approximately x=50,y=65,width=860,height=410 in the logical canvas, with rounded corners, a green vertical gradient, subtle alternating vertical mowing stripes, a white border, halfway line, center circle and center spot. Draw penalty boxes and smaller goal areas on both ends, and pale gray goal mouths extending slightly outside the field at the left and right. Use clean 2D vector shapes, white field markings, soft shadows, and no 3D perspective.

Place seven circular player tokens on the field. The blue side is “Tiburones del Norte”: a larger highlighted captain number 10 around x=215,y=270, plus blue number 7 around x=160,y=180 and blue number 8 around x=160,y=360. The white side is “Águilas Capitalinas”: white number 11 around x=745,y=180 and white number 9 around x=745,y=360. Add a blue goalkeeper number 1 at the left goal and a white goalkeeper number 1 at the right goal. Players are circles with a darker outline/shadow, jersey number text, and goalkeepers have a gold ring; the user-controlled number 10 has an additional pale-yellow selection ring. Keep players inside the field, allow player-player collision separation, and have the non-controlled players move with simple AI: blue teammates support the ball from behind/above and behind/below, white attackers press toward the ball with spacing, and both keepers track the ball vertically within their goal areas.

Use a small white soccer ball with a dark outline and a short fading motion trail. The ball rolls with velocity, friction/deceleration, bounces off the top and bottom boundaries, and rebounds from the side boundaries unless it enters a goal opening. A goal is scored when the ball crosses the left or right side within the goal-mouth vertical range. Increment the relevant score, briefly flash/shake the presentation, display “¡GOOOOOL AZUL!” or “¡GOOOOOL BLANCO!”, reset the ball to midfield, and pause briefly for kickoff. The match clock should count down from 90 seconds in real time; when it reaches zero, show the final screen. The user controls the blue number-10 captain with WASD or arrow keys. Movement is normalized for diagonal input and uses a fast arcade speed, constrained to the field. The captain can shoot only when close to the ball: press Space on keyboard or hold/tap the on-screen shoot control, launching the ball strongly toward the right goal; aim the vertical target using the joystick’s vertical direction when available. Add a short shooting cooldown and briefly show “¡Disparo!” after shooting. Opposing players can kick the ball on contact at lower strength, and goalkeepers can make saves when a fast ball reaches them, deflecting it and showing “¡ATAJADA!”.

The in-match HUD should be Spanish and visually match the compact arcade style. At the top center, draw a dark translucent rounded scoreboard showing “Tiburones del Norte,” the blue score, a dash, the white score, and “Águilas Capitalinas.” Directly below it, show the remaining time in a gold rounded capsule such as “90s.” At bottom left, show “Mueve” and “WASD / joystick” plus a translucent circular virtual joystick with a draggable inner knob. At bottom right, show a large gold circular button labeled “CHUTAR.” Make the controls work with pointer/touch input and mouse, including pointer capture and joystick dragging. On desktop, Space shoots and P toggles pause; also provide a pause hotspot at the upper-right area if using the visible implementation behavior. When paused, darken the game with an overlay and show “PAUSA” and “Toca el botón P para continuar.”

When time expires, display a dark overlay and a centered rounded results panel with “FINAL,” the final score in large type, and either “EMPATE,” “¡GANASTE!,” or “GANÓ EL RIVAL.” Include a blue rounded “JUGAR DE NUEVO” button that resets the 90-second match, score, player positions, ball, and kickoff state; Enter should also restart. Use Spanish text throughout, responsive scaling with crisp readable HUD, rounded panels/buttons, navy/green/blue/white/gold palette, and simple polished canvas vector art rather than external assets.
