Canvas Hustle was built by mahanth .k with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix Canvas Hustle opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Rebuild “Canvas Hustle” as a responsive 2D, single-screen art-business management game for desktop and mobile. Use a dark purple/black radial-gradient background and a glassy dashboard UI with translucent panels, rounded corners, soft shadows, white text, and bright yellow/orange raised buttons; on narrow screens stack the canvas above a scrollable shop panel. The main play area is a large square 768x768 drawing canvas centered in a canvas panel. The blank artwork is warm cream (#fff7df) with a subtle brown square grid, rounded corners, and an inset border/shadow. The player paints directly on it with mouse or finger drag/pointer events. Each pointer movement creates a smooth rounded, semi-transparent colorful stroke/blob; colors cycle through a fixed palette of near-black navy, coral red, orange, teal, periwinkle, cream, purple, and blue. Stroke width is about 9–12 pixels, increases slightly with brush level, and occasional strokes add a faint larger decorative dab. Painting consumes both energy and art supplies per stroke. The painting tracks value, stroke count, and number of distinct colors used; each stroke increases value, with bonuses for color variety, brush level, and gallery level. Stop drawing automatically when energy or supplies run out and show a brief toast message. Include a “New Blank Canvas” action that confirms before discarding a nonempty painting, then resets value/strokes/colors and redraws the cream grid. At the top, show four stat cards: Cash, Energy as current/max, Profit today, and Day / rent (for example “Day 1 • $55”). Include an energy progress bar. The initial business state is cash20, energy/max energy 90, supplies 90, painting value 0, reputation 1, day 1, rent $55, and level 1 for Bigger Studio, Better Brushes, and Fancy Gallery. Track daily revenue and expenses, total sold, missed orders, and a business reputation value. Put a right-side “Your Art Business” panel with explanatory text and a business card showing Shop reputation as a displayed level (floor reputation, minimum level 1), supplies, current painting value, and rent due tonight. Below it show a current client/order card. At startup immediately generate a random order from customer names such as Ava Cafe, Milo Records, Juniper Hotel, Northside Books, Pixel Arcade, Luna Bakery, Sage Yoga, and Orbit Lounge. Random order styles include bold logo art, calm wall decor, colorful poster, premium gallery piece, and quick counter sketch. Each order specifies a minimum painting value, a required number of distinct colors, and a payout; the UI should say what style is wanted, the value/color requirements, and approximate payout, plus a deadline of today or in 1 day. Orders are fulfilled only when both value and color requirements are met, then the player receives the order payout plus a modest quality bonus, gains reputation, the canvas clears, and a replacement normal order is generated. Provide these controls as large touch-friendly buttons: “Fulfill Customer Order”; “Quick Sell to Walk-ins”; “Run Marketing — $35”; “Buy Supplies — $30”; “Take a Power Nap”; “Close Shop / Pay Rent”; and “New Blank Canvas”. Disable buttons when the player lacks cash or the relevant painting requirements. Quick Sell requires painting value at least $5, pays a random walk-in amount based on painting value, reputation, and gallery level, grants a small reputation increase, clears the canvas, and records revenue. Marketing costs cash, generates a premium client order with higher requirements and payout and a two-day deadline, and its cost rises after each use. Buying supplies costs cash, adds 70 + 12 per studio level supplies, records an expense, and increases future supply cost. A power nap restores 55% of max energy, capped at max; when not drawing, energy also slowly regenerates over time. Closing the shop deducts rent and records it as an expense; if cash is insufficient, reputation drops but the rent is still deducted. Reduce an active order deadline by one day when closing; if it passes below zero, count a missed order, reduce reputation, and replace it. If there is no order, generate one. Then advance the day, calculate a new rent as 50 + day*8 + gallery level*7 + studio level*5, refill energy to max, add 10 + 3 per studio level supplies, and reset daily revenue/expenses. Show toast notifications for sales, purchases, insufficient cash, missed deadlines, rent problems, upgrades, and day changes. Include three upgrade cards: Bigger Studio, Better Brushes, and Fancy Gallery, each showing its level, description, and a dynamically increasing upgrade price. Bigger Studio raises max energy by 34, refills energy, adds 25 supplies, and increases its cost by multiplying by about 1.72. Better Brushes increases value per stroke and reduces energy/supply cost per stroke, with cost multiplying by about 1.78. Fancy Gallery improves painting value and sale/order payouts, raises reputation by 0.45, and increases cost by about 1.82. Starting upgrade costs should be Studio $80, Brushes $55, Gallery20 (the visible HTML labels may use lower placeholder prices before the first HUD update, but the live game should display state values). Include keyboard shortcuts: Space nap, Enter quick sell, F fulfill order, M marketing, B buy supplies, N close shop/pay rent, and C clear canvas. Support pointer events and prevent mobile scrolling while interacting with the game. Use brief pill-shaped toast messages near the bottom center. Expose debugging functions window.getGameState() and window.setGameState(patch) for the main numeric state, order, levels, and upgrade costs.More free browser games
