Verb Circuit was built by joao.pereira with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix Verb Circuit opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Rebuild a browser game titled “Verb Circuit,” a Portuguese-language arcade racing game that teaches English verbs. Use a responsive full-screen, pixelated canvas with crisp nearest-neighbor rendering, surrounded by a dark navy/purple background. The visual style is chunky retro pixel art: a cream paper-like UI panel with very dark navy borders and offset shadow, hot pink and yellow title accents, monospace typography, chunky outlined buttons, and simple geometric cars and scenery. Start on a centered cream menu panel. Show the title “VERB CIRCUIT” in uppercase hot pink with a yellow offset shadow, then the Portuguese description: “Uma corrida arcade em pixel art onde cada verbo certo mantém seu carro na pista.” Provide four selectable cars in a row: Cometa (pink, accent yellow, fast; speed 7.2, handling 1.0), Trovão (blue, accent pale cyan, stable; speed 6.5, handling 1.3), Jade (green, dark teal accent, balanced; speed 6.8, handling 1.15), and Solar (orange, pale yellow accent, risky; speed 7.0, handling 0.9). Represent each car with a small upright rounded-rectangle icon. The first car is selected initially with a pink outline and pale pink background. Provide three selectable scenarios: Cidade (“curvas urbanas”), Deserto (“dunas e cactos”), and Floresta (“árvores e pontes”), with Cidade selected initially. Give each scenario its own palette: City dark blue sky, slate ground, dark road, pink edges and yellow scenery; Desert orange sky, sand ground, purple road, cream edges and green scenery; Forest deep teal sky, turquoise ground, charcoal road, yellow edges and muted green scenery. Include a yellow “LARGAR!” button, Portuguese controls hint “Setas / A-D para dirigir • espaço para frear • no celular, use os botões,” and a “RANKING” button. When the race starts, hide the menu overlay and show a top HUD with boxed badges: “VOLTA 1/3,” “PONTOS 0,” “VELOCIDADE 0,” and a VORTEX boss energy bar. Render a pseudo-3D road receding to a horizon around 34% down the screen. The track is a trapezoidal dark road with colored shoulders/edges, moving dashed center markings, and side scenery; the road curves procedurally as the distance advances. Place the player car near the bottom at about 84% screen height. Draw cars as simple pixel sprites: black tires/shadows, a colored vertical body, pale windshield/accent, white headlights, and dark details. The chosen car’s color is used for the player. Controls: Arrow Left/Right or A/D steer horizontally; Arrow Down, S, or Space brakes. Steering changes the player’s normalized lane position with car-specific handling, damping, and clamping so the car remains within the road. The car automatically accelerates toward its selected car’s target speed; braking reduces it toward a slower target. On mobile, display large dark translucent left/right arrow buttons and a down-arrow brake button along the bottom. During each race, spawn simple obstacles at random lane positions: orange cones with a white stripe or dark oil slicks. They approach from the horizon toward the player. Hitting one causes a red screen shake/particle burst, a low warning sound, and subtracts 20 points. Add three regular rival cars (Trovão, Jade, Solar) and a larger purple enemy labeled “CHEFÃO VORTEX.” Rivals move relative to the player, drift slightly side-to-side, can be overtaken/collided with, and regular rival contact awards 25 points and resets that rival ahead. The Vortex is visibly larger, has a label and a small health bar above it, and contact with it awards 75 points, shakes the screen, and reduces its energy by 25. Start Vortex energy at 100 and keep the HUD bar visible during the encounter. When energy reaches zero, award 200 points, remove the boss, show a celebratory particle burst, and after a short delay show the victory screen. The educational mechanic pauses the race for a multiple-choice challenge. Open the first challenge after roughly four seconds, then periodically after successful/incorrect answers. Freeze speed and show a cream modal panel titled “DESAFIO DE INGLÊS” / “Acerte o verbo!” with the question and four large answer buttons in a two-column grid. Use this exact rotating question set and correct answers: “She ___ to school every day.” [go, goes, going, gone] correct goes; “Traduza: \"I ate breakfast.\"” [Eu preparo o café., Eu comi o café da manhã., Eu vou comer., Eu compro pão.] correct second; “Choose the correct verb: They ___ playing.” [is, am, are, be] correct are; “Complete: Yesterday, we ___ a race.” [win, won, winning, wins] correct won; “Traduza: \"Can you drive?\"” [Você pode dirigir?, Você dirigiu ontem?, Você gosta de carros?, Você vai correr?] correct first; “He ___ the finish line now.” [cross, crossed, is crossing, crosses] correct is crossing; “Choose: I ___ English on Mondays.” [study, studies, studying, studied] correct study; “Complete: Please ___ the car!” [stop, stopped, stops, stopping] correct stop. For a correct answer, color it green, show “✓ CORRETO!” plus the supplied grammar tip, add 100 points, play a positive beep, and resume after about 0.65 seconds. For an incorrect answer, color the chosen answer pink/red and the correct one green, show “✗ QUASE!” plus the tip, subtract 35 points but not below zero, and resume after about 1.1 seconds. The tips are respectively: “He/She/It usa -s no presente.”, “ate é o passado de eat.”, “They combina com are.”, “won é o passado de win.”, “Can = poder/conseguir.”, “A ação está acontecendo agora.”, “I usa o verbo sem -s.”, and “Depois de Please usamos a forma base.” A lap advances when the internal race distance passes its threshold; complete three laps total. If the three laps finish before the boss is defeated, show a cream “FIM DE CORRIDA” panel with a Portuguese summary such as “Você terminou com X pontos no cenário Y.” and buttons “CORRER DE NOVO” and “VER RANKING.” If the Vortex is defeated, show a victory panel with green “VITÓRIA!”, summary “Você derrotou o Vortex e terminou com X pontos no cenário Y!”, trophy/checkered-flag emoji decoration, and buttons to race again or view ranking. Save scores locally in browser storage, sort descending, retain the top eight entries, and show a “RANKING LOCAL” panel listing placement, points, car, and scenario, with a “VOLTAR” button. Use simple square-wave/triangle/sawtooth oscillator beeps for start, answers, collisions, boss hits, and victory if audio is available.
