Make your own game

Cricket Junoon was built by Abdul Samad Lakho with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Cricket Junoon opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Cricket Junoon

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a portrait-friendly browser cricket game titled “Cricket Junoon,” using a dark navy/teal sports UI with bright gold/orange primary actions, green accents, rounded cards, subtle borders, and heavy modern system typography. The interface uses Roman Urdu/Hinglish labels.

Home screen: full-screen dark background with a faint green radial glow and subtle diagonal texture. At the top show the logo “Cricket Junoon,” with “Junoon” in gold, and a wallet area containing a coin counter (initially 15 coins), diamond counter (0), and a “GUEST • Login” button. Center a large rounded dark teal card with the heading “CRICKET JUNOON” and subtitle “Apna stadium, apni team, apna match — Roman Urdu mein.” Provide a two-column menu of large rounded buttons: highlighted “Quick Match” / “Seedha match start karo,” “Test Match” / “Lamba match aur strategy,” “Tournament Mode” / “Teams ko trophy tak le jao,” “Career Mode” / “Player ban kar legend bano,” “Players Edit” / “Squad aur player details badlo,” and “Settings / Jersey” / “Team jersey aur game settings.” At the bottom show “Daily login reward: 15 coins • Naya account sign up: 50 coins.” The daily reward is persisted by date in local storage; clicking Login when not signed up grants 50 coins and changes the state to PLAYER, while later clicks show a login modal. Tournament, Career, Players, and Settings buttons open informational modal dialogs rather than playable modes.

Quick Match flow: clicking Quick Match opens a full-screen toss/setup screen. At top-left show a pill reading “QUICK MATCH • 2025 SQUAD.” Center the large “Cricket Junoon” title and subtitle “Roman Urdu mein quick cricket match ka maza lo.” Use a wide rounded dark card. Inside, show a faceoff with two illustrated player/team cards and a large gold “VS” between them. Left card: Australia, avatar with pale/white upper kit, blue middle section and dark lower section, label “P. CUMMINS • Bowler.” Right card: India, avatar with pale/white upper kit, blue middle section and green lower section, label “V. KOHLI • Batsman.” Avatars are simple stylized portraits: circular brown face with dark outline and a minimal jersey/body block.

Below the faceoff, show “Overs chunen:” and selectable rounded buttons 2, 5, 10, 20, and 50. The 2-over button is selected initially in bright mint green; other options are dark teal. Selecting another option updates the selected visual and match overs setting. Below, show a dark green “PITCH CONDITION” panel with a six-cell stat grid: Pitch Hardness — Hard; Pitch Type — Standard; Pitch Age — Day 1; Pitch Cracks — None; Temperature — 21C; Wind — 0km/h. At the bottom center place a large gold/orange button “MATCH START KAREN.” Clicking it displays a loading screen reading “Stadium load ho raha hai...” and “3 seconds • pitch ready ho rahi hai,” then after three seconds opens the playable match scene.

Match scene: render the actual play area on a full-screen HTML canvas behind fixed HUD controls. The field is a green radial-gradient stadium background, darker toward the edges, with a large faint white oval boundary and small pale spectator lights around it. In the center is a vertical tan/brown cricket pitch with a lighter central strip and white crease lines. Draw simple stylized players and objects in a top-down/flat illustrative view: P. Cummins in a pale kit near the top as bowler, V. Kohli in blue near the upper-middle as batsman, a wicket keeper in a pale kit near the bottom, an umpire to the right, a fielder to the left, a bat near the batsman, wickets near the bowler, and a small white cricket ball that subtly bobs vertically. Labels appear below the canvas characters, including “P. CUMMINS,” “V. KOHLI,” “WICKET KEEPER,” “UMPIRE,” and “FIELDER.”

Match HUD: show a translucent dark hint panel at top-left: “WASD / Arrow Keys se fielder move • Space se shot.” At upper-right show a “SHOT SELECT KARO” panel with a 3-column grid of buttons: Defensive, Aggressive, Precision, Attacking, Advance, Grounded, Unorthodox. Defensive starts active in orange; clicking another shot changes the active highlight. Also show a circular directional control at right with up/down/left/right arrows and a glowing green-blue center, plus a circular “RUN JOYSTICK” control at lower-left with a blue glowing center. These controls are visual HUD controls; keyboard movement is implemented with WASD or arrow keys.

At the bottom show a responsive translucent scoreboard. Display Batsman “V. KOHLI 8(2),” Non-striker “R. SHARMA 0(0),” highlighted Score “8-0,” Overs “0.2,” Run Rate “24.00,” and Bowler “P. CUMMINS 0-8.” When Space is pressed during the match, execute the currently selected shot and increment balls by one. Add runs based on selected shot: Defensive +0, Aggressive +2, Precision +1, Attacking +4, Advance +3, Grounded +1, Unorthodox +6. Update score, overs in balls notation (for example 0.3 after the next ball), and run rate as score divided by overs, with a safe minimum for the initial calculation. Keep wickets at zero. While the match is active, move the on-field fielder continuously with WASD/arrow keys, constrained to a bounded area: left/right changes horizontal position and up/down changes vertical position. Keep the selected overs value and basic game state available for the running match. Use no invented extra modes, enemies, progression systems, or cricket rules beyond these visible screens and mechanics.
