Make your own game

Velocity Circuit was built by Akil Haxhiavdyli with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Velocity Circuit opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Velocity Circuit

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a browser-based 3D arcade racer called “Velocity Circuit,” using a dark futuristic garage UI over a Three.js-style 3D scene. Begin on a centered garage menu against a deep navy background: a rounded, translucent dark panel with a thin blue border and soft shadow, cyan uppercase eyebrow text “3D GARAGE RACER,” the large white title “Velocity Circuit,” and the subtitle “Buy rides, pick a mode, and chase your best lap.” Offer three mode buttons—Free Ride, Normal, Hardcore—with Free Ride selected using a cyan-to-violet gradient. Show a Garage section with a coin balance starting at 120, a Start race button, and vehicle cards: Race Car is initially equipped and balanced; Future Car costs 80 coins and is balanced; Street Bike costs 60 coins and is agile. Allow buying vehicles when enough coins are available, selecting owned vehicles, and changing the displayed equipped state.

When Start race is pressed, hide the menu and show an overhead third-person 3D race scene. Use a dark blue-black sky/background with fog, soft shadows, hemisphere lighting, and a trailing elevated perspective camera that follows the player and looks toward the track. Build a flat green/turquoise grass arena with a wide oval/circular asphalt track, approximately between radii 10 and 18, a green infield, and a ring of short pale blue-gray curb blocks around the outer edge. Put a bright yellow finish stripe near the southern end of the oval. Place a player vehicle at the south side of the track: normally a small imported-looking red/black race car, a cyan-tinted future car variant, or a simple red street bike variant with two wheels and a black seat. Also show one simple cyan rival car moving continuously around the oval as a visual opponent.

Drive with WASD or arrow keys: Up/W accelerates, Down/S or Space brakes, and Left/Right (or A/D) steer. Include equivalent on-screen touch controls at the bottom on mobile: left arrow, right arrow, square brake, and up-arrow accelerator. The player has acceleration and friction, a mode-dependent maximum speed (Free Ride 1.0, Normal 1.15, Hardcore 1.55 in the internal movement scale), and steering that becomes more responsive at speed. The vehicle moves freely in its facing direction rather than being locked to the racing line. If it leaves the track bounds (outside the outer radius or inside the infield), build damage and slow it; damage repairs while on track. At damage above 100, stop and reset the vehicle to the start position with damage cleared. Detect laps as the car crosses the lap boundary while moving; run three laps total. Award 20 coins per completed lap normally and 35 coins per lap in Hardcore. After lap 3, stop the race, return to the garage menu, update the coin balance and keep purchased vehicles available for the session. The mode affects only the speed cap and Hardcore lap reward; all three modes still use the three-lap race flow.

During racing, display a fixed HUD: top-left rounded pill showing the current mode in uppercase, and top-right pill showing “Coins [amount] · Lap [current]/3 · [speed] km/h.” Convert the internal speed to a rounded km/h-style value. At the bottom center, show a translucent hint panel reading “WASD / arrows to steer · Space brake · Touch buttons work on mobile.” Keep the art style clean, minimal, and futuristic: navy environment, dark slate track, green infield, cyan/blue UI accents, bright red player car, cyan rival, rounded glassy HUD panels, and crisp white typography. Make it responsive so the garage panel and control layout adapt to narrow screens.
