Make your own game

Toko Buku Senja was built by fadhil dhilzz with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Toko Buku Senja opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Toko Buku Senja

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Recreate a browser-based Indonesian business simulation game titled “Toko Buku Senja” (“Senja Bookstore”), using a clean responsive 2D dashboard rather than a character world or camera. The screen has a warm cream/beige background with a subtle pale-orange radial glow in the upper right, centered in a wide shell. Use an elegant editorial style: dark brown ink, muted taupe text, off-white cards, thin beige borders, rounded corners, soft shadows, and Georgia/serif headings paired with a modern sans-serif UI font.

At the top, show the title “Toko Buku Senja” and subtitle “Bangun toko kecil menjadi tujuan baca favorit kota.” At the upper right, show a dark rounded badge reading “Hari 1 / 10” and “simulasi bisnis”. Below, show four stat cards: “Kas” starting at Rp1.500, “Nilai stok” starting at 0 buku, “Reputasi” starting at 50 / 100, and “Laba bersih” starting at Rp0. Use Indonesian rupiah formatting such as Rp1.500.

The main area is a two-column layout that collapses responsively on smaller screens. The left card is titled “Rak pemasok”, with helper text explaining that stock is bought before opening and different books have different demand. Display three book cards in a row on desktop (one or two columns on narrow screens): 📖 “Novel Hangat”, 📊 “Bisnis Praktis”, and 🧸 “Petualangan Anak”. Each card shows a cost per book, description, quantity number input defaulting to 3, and a “Beli stok” button. Exact starting purchase costs are Novel Hangat Rp42, Bisnis Praktis Rp68, and Petualangan Anak Rp35. Descriptions are respectively “Cerita ringan untuk pembaca santai.”, “Dicari pekerja dan pemilik usaha.”, and “Buku warna-warni untuk keluarga.” Quantity must be constrained to 1–30. Clicking buy deducts cost from cash, adds the selected quantity to inventory, and writes a green success log; if cash is insufficient, write a red warning instead.

The right card is titled “Rencana hari ini”, with helper text “Atur harga rata-rata, lalu buka toko untuk menjalankan satu hari.” Include a “Harga jual” number input for a percentage markup from cost, starting at 45 and constrained to 5–160. Show a pale yellow tip: normally markup 35–55% is safe for maintaining sales volume; if reputation is below 35, warn that high prices can drive customers away; if above 75, say trusted customers can tolerate slightly higher markup. Below it, show an event panel initially with 📦, “Hari baru”, and “Beli beberapa judul buku, tentukan markup, lalu buka toko.” Add buttons “Buka toko hari ini” (accent terracotta), “Lewati hari” (pale ghost style), and a hidden green “Mulai ulang simulasi” button that appears after the game ends. Below, show “Catatan toko” and a scrollable event/action log with colored left borders for good, bad, and informational entries.

Core rules: the player starts on day 1 of 10 with Rp1,500 cash, zero inventory, zero profit, reputation 50, and no sales. The player buys any combination of the three titles before opening the shop. Opening the shop requires at least one book in stock. Clamp the entered markup to 5–160 percent. On opening, randomly choose exactly one event from these five events: 🌧️ “Hujan turun seharian” — “Pengunjung berkurang, tapi pembaca yang datang cenderung membeli lebih banyak.”, cash effect 0, reputation effect 0, demand multiplier 0.78; 📣 “Influencer datang” — “Ia mengunggah toko kamu. Apply the event cash and reputation changes before sales and display the chosen event in the event panel and log.

For each book on an open-shop day, calculate its selling price as base price times (1 + markup): Novel base Rp86 with demand coefficient 1.18, Bisnis base Rp132 with coefficient 0.88, and Anak base Rp78 with coefficient 1.08. Use the markup sensitivity formula priceFactor = max(0.25, 1 - (markupDecimal - 0.45) * 0.78), reputation factor = 0.72 + reputation / 150, and demand = max(0, round(2.3 * bookDemandCoefficient * eventDemandMultiplier * priceFactor * reputationFactor + random value between -0.4 and 1.6)). Sell no more than available inventory, remove sold units, and add revenue to cash. Add revenue minus the event cash effect to cumulative net profit, and track total books sold. After sales, increase reputation by 2 if at least 5 books sold, decrease it by 3 if none sold, otherwise leave it unchanged; clamp reputation to 0–100. Log the selected event and a line such as “Hari N: terjual X buku dan mendapat RpY omzet.”

The “Lewati hari” button advances one day without sales, decreases reputation by 2 (not below zero), and logs that the day was skipped because the shop was closed. Both opening and skipping advance the day. Keep the day counter visible as “Hari N / 10”, and disable opening when there is no stock or the game is over. When day 10 is completed (the state advances beyond day 10), end the simulation with a centered dimmed modal overlay. The win target is net profit Rp900 or more. On success show 🏆, title “Toko berhasil!”, and explain that the player reached the Rp900 target in 10 days and built a trusted shop. Otherwise show 📚, title “Toko masih perlu strategi”, and explain that the target was not reached and the player should try different stock and markup. The modal must show final net profit and reputation and have a “Coba strategi lain” button. Resetting returns all values to the initial state, clears the log, restores the initial event panel and inputs, and starts at day 1.

Make all interactions functional with clear disabled states. Preserve the exact compact dashboard/card composition visible in the reference: no 3D environment, no avatar movement, no combat, no invented features. The game is a polished, minimalist storefront-management simulation focused on buying inventory, pricing, random daily events, selling, reputation, and a ten-day profit goal.
