Make your own game

Sunnybrook Friends was built by Patrick Essamambo with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Sunnybrook Friends opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Sunnybrook Friends

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a cheerful low-poly 3D third-person exploration game titled "Sunnybrook Friends" set in a sunny suburban town. Use a bright sky-blue background with light atmospheric fog, soft stylized lighting, ambient hemisphere light, and strong warm directional sunlight casting soft shadows. The world is an open grassy green ground plane with a small pale cream circular plaza and a simple town street layout made from dark blue-gray road segments with pale curbs/edges: a north-south main road crossing an east-west road, laid out as repeated straight road tiles. Surround the roads with a handful of stylized suburban houses in light gray/white with green roofs and green awnings, arranged on both sides of the streets. Add tall, sparse, low-poly green trees around the town perimeter and between houses, plus four curved white/gray street lamps near the central crossing. Keep the overall visual style blocky, colorful, friendly, and toy-like, matching Kenney-style low-poly city and character assets.

The player is a blocky humanoid friend named Alex, positioned on the town road/plaza area, viewed from a trailing third-person camera about 7 units behind the character. The camera should follow the player smoothly while keeping them as the target, with a perspective field of view around 55 degrees. Alex uses a blocky character model with a dark rectangular hair/head shape, warm tan skin, an orange-brown shirt or torso, and teal/green lower clothing. Place a second blocky humanoid friend named Mia nearby, initially offset to the player's right and slightly behind/ahead (roughly x +2 and z +1.5 relative to Alex), using a distinct blocky character model with dark hair, warm skin, a bright red top, and blue/purple lower clothing. Both characters should cast shadows and have idle and walk animations.

The core interaction is relaxed walking around town together, not combat or collecting. Support keyboard movement with WASD and the arrow keys. Normal movement speed should be about 5.2 units per second; holding Shift should make the player run faster if supported by the movement controller. Support Space to jump, with jump speed about 8.5 and gravity about -22, and allow movement over the simple town terrain with a slope limit around 42 degrees. Mia should gently follow Alex: continuously target a position about 1.8 units to Alex's right and 1.5 units offset in depth, move toward that target at up to about 3.8 units per second with a soft delayed-follow behavior, and rotate to face her movement direction. Keep her close rather than teleporting. Play idle animation when stationary and walk animation while Alex is moving or while Mia is catching up; switch animations smoothly.

Add a fixed, non-interactive HUD over the game. In the upper-left, show a semi-transparent white rounded rectangle with the bold title "Sunnybrook Friends" and the instruction text exactly: "WASD / стрелки — гулять · Shift — бежать · Space — прыгать". In the upper-right, show a rounded yellow pill badge with a white border and the text "☀️ Два друга в городе". At the bottom center, briefly show a dark translucent rounded toast reading "Добро пожаловать!" when the scene loads, fading out after approximately 2.8 seconds. Make the HUD readable, friendly, and responsive on smaller screens. There are no enemies, weapons, health, score, timer, collectibles, or win/lose screen; the intended experience is simply exploring the sunny neighborhood with the companion.
