Starfire Dogfight was built by Davonya Joy with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix Starfire Dogfight opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Create a playable Three.js-style 3D space dogfight called “Starfire Dogfight.” Use a dark near-black deep-space scene with a subtle exponential fog, a dense field of tiny pale-blue stars, and a fixed third-person/front-facing chase camera looking toward negative Z. The camera should follow the player’s position slightly, with the player starfighter large in the lower foreground and the action extending ahead of it. Use a vertical/mobile-friendly layout as well as desktop. Player and visuals: Build a stylized low-poly cyan/blue starfighter from simple geometric meshes: a large five-sided cone-like hull pointed forward, dark metallic horizontal wings, bright pink/magenta engine or nose/pod accents, and a glowing emissive appearance. Keep the ship around the lower center of the view, flying forward into the scene while the player moves laterally and vertically within bounded space. Add a luminous cyan circular aiming reticle with horizontal and vertical crosshair lines at screen center. Gameplay: The player pilots through an asteroid field and fights continuously approaching enemy fighters. Start with four enemy ships and periodically add more, up to seven active enemies. Enemies are stylized low-poly red/pink fighters with a cone-like body, dark wings, and a small orange glowing point. They begin far ahead at varied X/Y positions and move toward the camera/player. They periodically fire bright pink/red projectiles aimed at the player. Enemy contact damages the player over time. Enemy ships have 3 hit points; destroying one awards 100 score and respawns/recycles it far ahead. The player has a hull meter starting at 100%; enemy shots deal 8 damage and collisions deal continuous damage. At zero hull, stop meaningful play and show the message “HULL BREACHED — PRESS R TO RESTART.” Press R to reset score, hull, player position, and reposition enemies. Asteroids: Populate the flight path with about 14 irregular detailed brown/gray rocky low-poly asteroids at varied sizes, positions, and depths. They drift toward the player with slight side movement, rotate slowly, and recycle to the far distance when they pass the camera. Player shots that hit asteroids award 10 points and disappear. The asteroids should visibly provide hazards and clutter across the starfield. Weapons and controls: Space or Enter fires repeated bright cyan forward energy bolts, with a short firing cooldown. Each bolt travels rapidly forward and can hit an enemy or asteroid. Press M to launch a larger bright yellow/orange homing missile at the nearest active enemy; it steers toward that target, lasts several seconds, and deals enough damage to destroy a full-health enemy in one hit. Include a boost while holding Shift that increases movement speed. Support movement with WASD and arrow keys: left/right move horizontally, up/down move vertically, and keep the player within roughly X=-11..11 and Y=-7..7. Q/E can subtly roll/yaw the ship, while movement tilts the ship for responsive banking. On touch devices, show circular bottom controls with left and right arrow buttons and a central red/pink FIRE button; these should trigger movement and firing. Do not invent a separate fuel, ammo, shield, lives, or level system. HUD and presentation: Overlay a clean futuristic HUD without blocking gameplay. At the top left, show a rounded translucent dark-blue panel with cyan border/glow reading “STARFIRE // DOGFIGHT.” At top right, show a matching panel reading “SCORE 0 | HULL 100%,” with live score and hull values. Center the glowing cyan reticle. At the bottom, show compact instructional text: “WASD / ARROWS: FLY SPACE: FIRE SHIFT: BOOST R: RESET.” Use cyan/blue UI glows, a red/pink fire control, emissive projectile colors, cinematic lighting, and low-poly geometry. Use ambient/hemisphere blue lighting plus a cool directional light and a cyan point glow near the player. Make the scene feel like an arcade space-combat survival encounter, with the starfighter and threats clearly readable against the almost-black starfield.
