Make your own game

Star Run was built by Lyra Murray with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Star Run opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Star Run

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a playable 3D third-person collection game titled "Mia's Star Run". Use Three.js or an equivalent real-time 3D engine with a perspective camera following the player from behind at roughly a 6.3-unit distance and elevated angle. The player is a small brown, floppy-eared, dog-like humanoid character named Mia, using the supplied Rig_model_mia.glb model if available; scale it to about 2.35 units tall, cast and receive shadows, and play its idle animation when still, walk animation while moving normally, and run animation while Shift is held. Start Mia near the center of the south end of a rectangular enclosed arena at position approximately (0, 0.05, 10). The arena is a dark blue rectangular floor about 36 by 28 units, with a low dark-blue perimeter wall on all four sides. Add four blue glowing cylindrical beacon posts near the corners at approximately (-15,-11), (15,-11), (-15,11), and (15,11). Scatter exactly 10 glowing golden-yellow faceted octahedron star collectibles around the arena at these X/Z positions: (-11,-8), (0,-9), (11,-7), (-7,-2), (7,-1), (-12,5), (-2,3), (11,5), (-8,10), and (5,10). Place each collectible around Y=1.1, make them hover with a small sinusoidal bob, and continuously rotate them around Y and X. When Mia comes within approximately 1.45 units of an uncollected star, hide it and increment the collected count. The goal is to collect all 10 stars before the 45-second countdown reaches zero. On success show the overlay title "Run complete!" and text "Mia found every star." On timeout show "Time up" and text stating how many stars Mia found out of 10, followed by "Try a faster route." Provide a Play again button that resets the timer to 45, score to zero, player position, and all stars.

Movement must support WASD and arrow keys, with normal movement around 4.8 units/second, Shift to run faster, Space to jump with roughly 8.2 jump speed and gravity around -22, and touch joystick input on mobile. Keep the player within the walled arena through the third-person controller/collision behavior. The game should have no enemies, weapons, hazards, or extra objectives.

Render in a moody stylized nighttime look: background color near #07111f, matching distance fog from about 18 to 54 units, dark navy floor with rough matte material, warm directional sunlight casting soft shadows, cool hemisphere fill, and a subtle blue rim light. Use antialiasing, shadows, ACES-like tone mapping, and a dark blue environment. The UI is a fixed transparent overlay with glassy dark panels, thin pale-blue borders, rounded corners, and soft shadows. At the top left show the uppercase spaced label "MIA'S STAR RUN" in pale blue. At the top right show "Stars 0/10" (with the number emphasized in gold) and "Time 45" (also gold), updating live. Before play begins, show a centered translucent panel with large cream text "Star Run", the instruction "Collect all 10 stars before the clock hits zero.", and a rounded yellow-to-orange "Start game" button. Hide this panel during play and show it again as the end-state panel with the appropriate result and a "Play again" button. Along the bottom center show the hint "WASD / arrows to move · Shift to run · Space to jump · touch joystick on mobile"; on mobile, display the circular translucent touch joystick at the lower right. Make the layout responsive for desktop and small mobile screens, preserve the full-screen canvas, and prevent page scrolling/touch gestures from interfering with controls.
