Make your own game

Sport Car Racer was built by brydenbarrera13 with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Sport Car Racer opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Sport Car Racer

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a browser-based 3D arcade racing game titled “Sport Car Racer” using a lightweight Three.js-style setup. Show a bright blue sky with light fog over a flat green grass field, with soft directional sunlight and shadows. Build a simple Grand Prix circuit as a dark charcoal road laid out like two parallel straightaways joined by semicircular ends, viewed from a third-person chase camera behind and slightly above the player. Add a thin white center line down each straight and alternating red-and-white curb/track markings around the bends and across the starting grid. Place a few low-poly stylized trees with brown trunks and dark green cone-shaped crowns around the outside of the circuit.

The player is a red/pink low-poly open-wheel sports car/supercar positioned on the starting straight. Use a recognizable red race-car model with visible wheels, cockpit/bodywork, and cast shadows. The car accelerates forward, gradually coasts when acceleration is released, can brake, and steers left or right with arcade handling; keep it generally near the circuit with forgiving soft bounds rather than complex crash physics. Track progress is distance-based and completing three laps ends the race. Add three simple rival vehicles ahead/around the circuit in blue, orange, and green: basic blocky cars with dark cabins that continuously circulate around the oval route. The player is always displayed as being in 1st place, matching the simple arcade rules.

Use a smooth follow camera that stays behind the player and looks toward the road ahead, with the road and car dominating the foreground. Create a dark translucent, rounded HUD overlay: at top left show “SPORT CAR RACER” and the subtitle “Red supercar starter · Grand Prix Circuit”; at top right show live speed in KM/H, lap as “1/3” through “3/3”, and “1st” place. Include a start overlay in the center reading “SPORT CAR RACER”, with instructions “Arrow keys / WASD to drive · Space to boost” and a rounded red “START RACE” button. Starting the race hides that overlay and changes the bottom hint to “Drive the red supercar through 3 laps”; after the third lap show a finish overlay reading “FINISH!”, the elapsed time, “You took 1st place”, and a “RACE AGAIN” button.

Provide keyboard controls: Arrow Up/W accelerate, Arrow Down/S brake, Arrow Left/A steer left, and Arrow Right/D steer right. Provide touch-friendly bottom controls with left/right arrow buttons on the lower left and BRAKE and red BOOST buttons on the lower right; the boost increases the car’s maximum speed while held when moving fast enough. Keep the visual style clean, colorful, low-poly and arcade-like, with responsive resize behavior, prominent shadows, rounded glassy UI panels, and no unnecessary menus or weapons.
