Make your own game

Reload Study was built by Oliver K. with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Reload Study opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Reload Study

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a minimalist first-person 3D interactive reload animation called “Reload Study // Single Take.” The camera is a fixed close-up perspective aimed at a low-poly/stylized handgun held in the lower-right/center foreground, with no player movement, aiming, enemies, shooting, scoring, ammo counter, or other gameplay systems. Build the weapon from rounded beveled primitive meshes: a dark metallic rectangular slide, a slightly lighter gray frame/body, a silver barrel visible at the front, dark rear sight and muzzle, a black rubberized angled grip, and a detachable dark magazine hanging below the magwell. Add three small brass/gold witness marks on the magazine. Include a simplified peach/tan support hand at the right of the gun, made from a palm and four rounded fingers plus thumb. Use a dark subdued studio environment: blue-gray floor plane below, blue-gray vertical background/backdrop, very dim near-black overall appearance, soft fog, and cool white/blue directional and hemisphere lighting with restrained metallic highlights. Use a fixed perspective camera around 44-degree field of view, with the gun positioned toward the lower-right and the backdrop filling the screen.

The only interaction is triggering one complete reload sequence. Provide a large, readable HUD over the scene: upper-left title “RELOAD STUDY // SINGLE TAKE” in uppercase with letter spacing; upper-right hint “Click / tap reload” on one line and “Space also triggers” beneath it; lower-left status text; lower-right outlined dark rounded button labeled “RELOAD.” Support mouse/touch pointer press on the button and the Space key. Ignore new triggers while an animation is already running.

When triggered, change the lower-left status from READY to RELOADING and play a single approximately 1.8-second eased animation. The weapon and support hand dip and shift subtly as the hand moves in to manipulate the magazine. Sequence the magazine actions clearly: first it drops down and tilts away from the magwell, status “EJECT”; then it moves sideways/downward in an awkward fumble/recovery motion, first showing “FUMBLE” and then “RECOVER”; then it travels back toward the weapon and rotates into position with status “ALIGN”; finally it seats into the magwell, the slide moves subtly backward/forward for the chambering action, showing “SEAT” then “CHAMBER.” At the end, restore the weapon, hand, slide, and magazine to their initial positions and set status back to READY. While idle, give the hand only a tiny natural floating motion. Keep the presentation focused on observing the reload choreography, with no invented targets, reticles, sound, particles, or extra UI.
