Make your own game

Powder Run was built by emerson.boone1z with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Powder Run opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Powder Run

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a third-person 3D downhill snow-sled game titled “Powder Run.” The camera follows behind and slightly above a small stylized red/maroon sled centered on a broad pale-blue/white snowy track, looking forward into the distance. Use a bright sky-blue background with matching atmospheric fog, soft shadows, and a clean low-poly arcade aesthetic. The sled is a compact rectangular vehicle with a dark blue seat, two light runners underneath, and a small gold/yellow scarf-like accent on top. It should tilt/rotate slightly while steering.

Build the course as repeated wide rectangular snow segments stretching forward, with raised blue-gray snow banks along both sides. Place sparse frozen scenery beyond the playable lane: alternating stylized pine trees and chunky rocks, using low-poly nature assets or equivalent simple geometry. The playable lateral range is approximately five units wide, and the sled automatically moves forward; the world objects travel toward the camera to create the sensation of descending rapidly down the mountain.

Core gameplay: the sled constantly accelerates from an initial speed of about 12 game units/sec up to a cap of 32, and distance increases continuously. The player steers left and right, with smooth lateral movement and a hard boundary around x=-4.1 to +4.1. Keyboard controls are A/D or Left/Right arrows. Include touch/mobile controls at the bottom: three translucent rounded buttons for left, jump, and right. Space, W, or Up Arrow, or the center touch button, makes the sled hop if it is grounded; jumping applies a strong upward impulse, gravity brings it back down, and a short jump cooldown prevents repeated instant jumps.

Scatter randomized objects down the track in the lane: bright red gift boxes with gold ribbon bands to collect; blue-gray faceted ice rocks; dark blue rectangular snow barriers with a yellow warning stripe; yellow/orange ice spikes; and occasional red-post slalom gates with a yellow horizontal bar. Gifts spin and disappear when the sled gets close, incrementing the gift total. Rocks, barriers, spikes, and gates cause a wipeout when contacted while the sled is near the ground; jumping can avoid them. On collision, stop gameplay and show a centered dark translucent results card titled “WIPEOUT,” stating the meters carved and gifts collected, with a “Drop In Again” restart button. The initial title card should say “POWDER RUN,” explain: “Carve through the frozen pines, grab every gift, and stay upright as the mountain gets faster,” and provide a “Drop In” button. A visible external “Open TikTok” link may appear beside the start button.

During play, show a fixed HUD over the canvas with dark semi-transparent rounded pills across the top for DISTANCE in meters, GIFTS, SPEED in km/h, and LEVEL. Distance is the floor of the run distance; display speed by converting the internal speed with approximately 2.7 and show km/h; level starts at 1 and increases every 220 meters, with a small speed boost at each new level. At the bottom center show the hint “A / D or ◀ ▶ to carve · Space to hop” above the controls. Hide the HUD, hint, and touch controls on the title screen and reveal them after dropping in. Use responsive full-screen rendering, with translucent pale controls and the HUD styled in cool navy/ice-blue colors, rounded corners, white/light-blue labels, and bold readable type.
