Moonlight Escape was built by Jacob Yakemovicz STUDENT with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix Moonlight Escape opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Create a playable 3D third-person endless runner titled “Moonlight Escape.” Use a dark purple city-at-night setting with a stylized neon music-video look. The scene should use a perspective third-person camera following a humanoid runner on a long straight street, with the player initially centered at the front of the road and the camera positioned behind them. The world background is near-black purple with atmospheric purple fog. Build a wide dark violet road extending far into the distance, with raised darker-purple sidewalks on both sides and two faint glowing lavender lane markers dividing the street into three lanes. Line both sides with repeating blocky tall city buildings in varied dark plum/indigo colors; add small cyan and pink glowing window strips. Light the scene with cool moonlight plus magenta and cyan colored point lights, giving the road and buildings a soft neon glow, and enable soft shadows. The player is a stylized humanoid performer/runner, approximately human-sized, centered at x=0 on the road, with a running animation. Place a soft flat circular dark shadow beneath them. Behind and around the runner, include four dark silhouetted humanoid shadow chasers, animated with the same running animation; they remain close behind the player in the chase and subtly sway side to side. The game goal is to run forward indefinitely and maximize the distance traveled while avoiding barriers. Use three horizontal movement lanes at x=-2.7, 0, and 2.7. Support WASD and arrow-key movement for horizontal movement, and Space for jumping. The player can move laterally, jump with gravity, and should be able to clear barriers while airborne. Populate the street with nine bright hot-pink/magenta rectangular spotlight barriers, each roughly 1.35 wide, 1.1 high, and 0.65 deep, initially spaced down the road at z=-10, -18, -26 and so on, with their x positions selected from the three lanes. Give them emissive pink coloring and soft shadows. As the runner advances, recycle any barrier that has fallen behind the player to a position 72 units farther ahead and randomly assign it one of the three lanes, creating an endless obstacle course. Detect a collision when the player is horizontally close to a barrier and at roughly the same depth, unless the player is high enough above it; on collision, stop gameplay, briefly flash the screen white, and show the game-over overlay. Track forward progress as distance in meters, increasing from the player’s movement down the road (display integer meters, starting at 0). Keep the best distance for the current page session and show it in the game-over result. During play, continuously update the shadow crowd and runner animations and move the colored lighting along with the player for a sustained neon chase effect. Overlay UI should be HTML/CSS over the canvas. At the top left show the small uppercase brand “MOONLIGHT ESCAPE” in pale lavender with a glow. At the top right show a translucent dark rounded HUD box labeled “DISTANCE” and the current value such as “0m.” While playing, show a centered-bottom pill reading “WASD / arrows to move · Space to jump · dodge the barriers.” Before starting, cover the scene with a full-screen dark translucent radial-gradient overlay. Center a rounded glassy purple-black card with a thin pale border and the title “Moonlight Escape,” the description “A stylized music-video chase through a purple city night. Stay ahead of the crowd and keep the rhythm.”, and a glowing pill button labeled “START THE CHASE.” Clicking it resets the player to the starting position, resets distance to zero, resets all nine barriers to their initial positions, hides the start card, and begins play. On collision, hide the help pill and show a similarly styled centered card titled “Spotlight caught you,” with text “You made it [distance] meters. Best: [best]m.” and a glowing button labeled “RUN IT AGAIN.” Clicking restart resets the run in the same way. Use a clean bold sans-serif font, white/lavender text, rounded corners, translucent panels, and a neon lavender-to-pink button gradient. The game should fill the viewport, support resizing, and have no scrolling.
