Make your own game

MAXX STREET LIFE was built by Mayank Nayak with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix MAXX STREET LIFE opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for MAXX STREET LIFE

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a browser-based 3D driving game titled “MAXX STREET LIFE,” presented as an open-city drive featuring a sporty BMW M4 Competition-style sedan. Use a third-person chase camera by default, positioned behind and above the car, with a toggle to a cockpit/near-first-person camera. The scene should be built in Three.js or an equivalent real-time 3D engine with a dark, low-poly arcade aesthetic, soft shadows, fog, simple geometric environment art, and a blue-gray sky/background.

World and environment: Make a large square countryside/open-city play area bounded to approximately 145 units from the center. Cover it with green ground and a plus-shaped road network: a north-south highway about 14 units wide and an east-west highway about 14 units wide, using dark charcoal asphalt. Add frequent short yellow lane markings along both roads. Place roughly 28 simple rectangular city buildings in blocks around the roads, using muted slate blue, brown, and blue-gray materials with varying heights. Surround the distant perimeter with a ring of stylized faceted/conical gray-blue mountains. Add two visible landmark pads/buildings: a red fuel station around (+22, -22) and a blue garage hub around (-22, +22). Keep the environment sparse and stylized rather than photorealistic.

Player vehicle and driving: Spawn the player at the road intersection near the origin. Use a scaled sports sedan model with a rear plate reading “MAXX”; it should cast and receive shadows. The car can drive forward and backward, steer left and right, and move freely over the open road/world area. Keyboard controls: W or Up Arrow accelerates forward, S or Down Arrow reverses/brakes, A or Left Arrow steers left, D or Right Arrow steers right, and Space applies a strong handbrake. Use arcade handling: acceleration builds speed, friction gradually slows the car, maximum forward speed is about 34 world units/second and reverse speed about 13, and steering rotates the car based on its current speed. Clamp the car inside the world bounds. Display speed in KM/H by converting the absolute movement speed (starting at 0).

Traffic: Populate the highways with seven simple AI vehicles, a mixture of sedans and trucks. They should travel continuously along the roads in opposing directions, with trucks slower than cars, and wrap/reposition to the far end when leaving the world bounds. They are ambient traffic only; the implementation does not need collision, missions, weapons, races, pedestrians, or police.

HUD and presentation: Overlay a fixed responsive HUD above the 3D canvas. At the upper left, show a translucent dark rounded panel with large bold letter-spaced text “MAXX STREET LIFE” and the subtitle “OPEN CITY DRIVE // M4 COMPETITION” in muted light blue. At the upper right, show a translucent dark rounded stats panel with: “MODE THIRD PERSON,” “SPEED 0 KM/H” (live value), “TIME DAY · WEATHER CLEAR,” and “CASH
5000.” Highlight the mode, speed, time/weather values, and cash in a bright yellow-gold accent. Start with third-person camera, 0 speed, DAY, CLEAR weather, and cash of 25000. Place interactive controls at the lower right: buttons labeled CAMERA, LIGHTS, WEATHER, and a gold “SAVE GARAGE” button. CAMERA toggles between THIRD PERSON and COCKPIT and updates the mode label. LIGHTS toggles the vehicle’s light/emissive appearance and changes its label to “LIGHTS ON” when active. WEATHER toggles between CLEAR and “FOG / RAIN”; when active, make the fog denser/shorter range and show a localized field of falling blue rain streaks around the car. SAVE GARAGE stores the car’s position, rotation, cash, day/night state, and weather state in browser local storage, briefly changing its label to “SAVED ✓,” and restores that state on reload. Add a lower-left help panel on desktop reading “WASD / ARROWS drive · SPACE handbrake · C camera · L lights · R rain · N night · P save.” Support the keyboard shortcuts C, L, R, N, and P. N toggles between DAY and NIGHT: change the sky and fog to very dark blue, reduce hemisphere and directional sunlight, and update the TIME label. On coarse/mobile pointers, replace the help text with touch controls: a directional pad with up, left, down, and right arrow buttons plus large BRAKE and green GAS buttons; buttons should hold their associated driving inputs while pressed. Use translucent navy rounded panels, bold white Arial-like typography, gold accents, and red/green pedal colors. Ensure the HUD is readable over the scene and scales to a portrait mobile layout.
