Make your own game

Kask Kapmaca was built by Elif Ebrar Mendeş with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Kask Kapmaca opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Kask Kapmaca

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a responsive portrait-friendly browser game titled “Kask Kapmaca” (Turkish for helmet snatch), rendered as a colorful 2.5D side-view street scene on a full-screen canvas. Use simple flat geometric/vector art with no external assets: a cyan-to-pale sky gradient, soft white oval clouds, a distant blue-gray city skyline with lit yellow windows, a dark roadway/sidewalk band with red-and-white lane markings, and a green foreground strip with short lighter-green horizontal dashes. Keep the camera fixed in a side-on view and scale all positions to the viewport.

The game has two cartoon people standing on the foreground street. The player is on the left initially: a small stylized figure with a light-blue round face, dark purple headband/hair, white square eyes, a dark rectangular mouth, purple shirt/body, yellow arms, and orange-red legs. The target is on the right initially: a larger worker-like person with a peach face, dark hair band, dark blue shirt, blue pants, peach arms, and a bright yellow construction helmet with an orange brim and a small pale highlight. Draw dark oval shadows beneath both characters. The target walks horizontally back and forth, reversing direction near the screen edges; its helmet is visible until successfully stolen. After each successful theft, restore a helmet after about half a second and relocate the target to a random horizontal position in roughly the right half of the screen. The player does not jump or use weapons; move only horizontally and clamp the player inside the screen.

Core objective and rules: begin with 0/5 helmets and 3 lives. Move the player toward the walking target, then press the steal action while within about 82 pixels horizontally to take the helmet. A successful steal increments the helmet counter, briefly flashes the screen, plays a short bright rising electronic/triangle-and-ding sound, hides the target helmet, and updates the hint to indicate success. Win immediately after collecting 5 helmets, showing a modal result titled “Kask Ustası!” with text that 5 helmets were collected. If the steal button is pressed while too far away, lose one life, briefly flash the screen, and show a hint telling the player to get closer. At zero lives, end with a “Yakalandın!” modal and report the number collected. Do not deduct lives merely for being close; the life loss is specifically a failed steal attempt from too far away.

Use Turkish HUD and instructions. At the top center show two dark translucent rounded pills: “KASK: 0/5” (live counter) and “CAN: 3” (live lives counter). Under them show a dark translucent rounded hint panel initially reading “Adama yaklaş, doğru anda KASKI KAP!” with the final phrase bold. When the target has a helmet and the player is within about 95 pixels, draw a dashed yellow rectangular cue around the target and the label “KAP!” above it. At the bottom, provide two dark navy rounded square touch buttons on the left with left and right triangle icons, and a large coral/red rounded “🪖 KASKI KAP” button on the right. Also support keyboard controls: Arrow Left/A and Arrow Right/D move while held; Space or Enter triggers the steal action. Touch buttons should support press-and-hold movement and the action should work on pointer press.

Include an initial full-screen dark translucent overlay with a centered navy rounded card, yellow “Kask Kapmaca” title, Turkish explanation (“2.5D sokakta adamın yanına yaklaş. Kaskın hizasına gelince KASKI KAP düğmesine bas. Yakalanırsan can kaybedersin!”), and a yellow “Oyuna Başla” button. Hide it when starting. On win or loss, show a similar centered modal card with a “Tekrar Oyna” button. Use bold rounded system typography, soft borders/shadows, bright yellow, coral, purple, blue, and teal colors, and preserve the uncluttered arcade-game appearance visible in the screenshot. Animate subtle cloud/city/road scrolling and slight target bobbing while the game runs, and show a brief pale-yellow full-screen flash after steals and failed attempts.
