Make your own game

Gang Rise was built by Ashwani Ray with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Gang Rise opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Gang Rise

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Recreate "Gang Rise" as a browser-based 3D third-person urban action game slice with a polished neon-night presentation. Begin on a full-screen dark title menu over a nearly black navy background. Center a rounded, translucent charcoal panel with a subtle border and shadow. At the top show the pink letter-spaced label "NIGHT CITY // 01", then a very large bold gradient title "Gang Rise" fading from white/pale pink through hot pink to purple, followed by the tagline "Every block has a price. Every choice has a witness." Add vertically stacked buttons: a bright pink-to-purple gradient "New Game" button, then dark translucent buttons labeled "Continue", "Settings", "Credits", and "Quit". At the bottom of the panel show the controls hint "WASD / ARROWS to move · SHIFT to run · SPACE to jump · E to interact" and place small footer labels at the lower screen corners: "© GANG RISE STUDIOS" and "BUILD 0.1 // WEB SLICE". New Game and Continue should start the playable slice; Settings, Credits, and Quit can show simple informational alerts/messages matching the labels.

When starting, show a short full-screen loading overlay with the same branding, the eyebrow "THE CITY NEVER SLEEPS", title "Gang Rise", a glowing pink-purple progress bar, and changing uppercase asset/status text such as loading character, buildings, cars, and city systems online. Then transition into the game.

Use a dark, stylized low-poly city at night rendered in 3D with a third-person camera following the player from behind at a moderate distance. The world is a compact rectangular city block on dark blue-gray ground with fog fading into the distance. Include a central north-south road, a broad east-west road/bridge approach, sidewalks, bridge rails, street lamps, tall downtown commercial buildings on the west side, and industrial warehouse buildings on the east side. Use blocky low-poly city/vehicle/character assets or equivalent geometry. Light the scene with cool blue ambient/hemisphere light, warm directional moon/street-like light, and saturated pink and blue point lights. Add visible glowing neon facade/sign strips in pink, cyan, yellow, and orange. Place a translucent glowing pink rectangular hideout marker in the Industrial District around the east side of the map. Include several walking pedestrian NPCs, one stealable sedan parked near the road, and two police cars positioned in the city. The player is a blocky young street character, initially at the southwest/downtown side of the map, around coordinates equivalent to (-24, 0, 20).

Core objective: display an on-screen mission objective telling the player to escape the rival gang and reach the friendly hideout in the Industrial District. The player can freely move, run, jump, and navigate the city using WASD or arrow keys; Shift runs, Space jumps, and the camera is third-person. Use E to interact. Put a small circular reticle at the center of the screen. The playable character should have idle, walk, sprint, and right-hand shooting/weapon animations when available. Pressing F fires a warning shot animation and increases the wanted level by one, capped at five stars; show the wanted HUD as "WANTED" followed by filled and empty stars, initially one filled star. While the wanted level is above zero and the mission is not complete, have the two police vehicles continuously move toward the player on the ground, turning to face the player, with their pursuit speed increasing slightly with wanted level. There is no need to implement actual weapon projectiles or damage: F only triggers the warning-shot animation and wanted increase.

Allow the player to approach the sedan and press E within interaction range to toggle between on-foot and "in car" state. Update the objective text to "You stole the sedan — drive toward the hideout." while in the car and "On foot. Reach the hideout." when exiting. Keep this as a simple state toggle; the demonstrated mechanics do not require a drivable vehicle or vehicle camera. When the player reaches the glowing hideout marker and presses E within about five world units, complete the mission: show a bottom-center dialogue card labeled "MARCO — FRIENDLY GANG LEADER" with the text "You made it. The city just got smaller.", change the objective to "Mission complete — talk to Marco and choose your next move.", clear the wanted level to zero stars, and stop the police pursuit condition. Pressing R should reset the player to the starting location, hide the Marco dialogue, restore the initial wanted level, and mark the mission incomplete.

The in-game HUD should be minimal and premium: at the top left, a dark translucent chip reading "GANG RISE" and the current district, initially "DOWNTOWN DISTRICT"; update it to "INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT" when the player crosses to the east side (x greater than roughly 2). At the top right show the wanted chip. At bottom left show a dark translucent objective card with a pink uppercase section heading such as "FIRST MOVE" and the current objective. At bottom right show controls text: "E interact / enter car", "F fire warning shot", and "R reset mission". Keep the small circular reticle centered. Use responsive full-screen layout, dark navy/black panels, rounded corners, white and muted lavender text, pink/coral accent colors, purple gradients, neon glow, soft shadows, and cinematic fog to match the supplied visual style. The game should remain a playable 3D web slice rather than a slideshow or menu-only experience.
