Make your own game

FINISH THE GAME was built by Rakesh Chatucoori with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix FINISH THE GAME opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for FINISH THE GAME

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a polished single-page 3D creator sandbox titled “FINISH THE GAME.” The experience is a local, non-networked world-building toy: show a spherical stylized Earth in the center of a dark navy/black full-screen scene, and let the player orbit and zoom around it, choose a creation type, then click/tap the planet to place objects on its surface.

Use a Three.js-style 3D presentation with a perspective camera initially positioned around (0, 2.9, 6.6), looking at the globe center. The Earth should have a radius of about 2.15 units and consist of a glossy deep-blue ocean sphere, softly raised flat green continent plates distributed over the visible globe, a very subtle cyan spherical wireframe/grid overlay, and a faint translucent blue atmospheric shell. Light it with a bright warm directional key light, cool hemisphere lighting, and a dim blue rim light. Use a nearly black navy background (#020713) with subtle exponential fog. The globe should slowly rotate on its Y axis at a very gentle rate, while the player can manually orbit it using drag controls with damping and zoom using wheel or pinch. Keep zoom constrained so the globe remains the focus.

Add a fixed glassy HUD over the canvas. At the top-left, place a rounded dark translucent panel with a thin blue-gray border and soft shadow. Its heading is large, bold, widely letter-spaced uppercase text: “FINISH THE GAME”. Under it, show: “Build a shared world on a spherical Earth. Choose a creator tool, then tap the planet to place it.” Below that, show two compact stat pills: “Objects 0” (with the number updated live) and “Mode House” (with the mode updated live). Add the instruction line: “Drag to orbit · pinch / wheel to zoom · tap the ocean or land to build”. Use a clean Inter/system sans-serif style, white/light blue text, and muted blue-gray secondary text.

At the bottom center, add a rounded translucent toolbar with a thin border and four horizontally arranged buttons. The buttons are: “🏠 House”, “🌲 Tree”, “💠 Landmark”, and “Clear creations”. Give buttons dark blue backgrounds, rounded corners, bold light text, and a brighter medium-blue active/hover state. House is selected by default. On narrow screens, let the toolbar wrap and fit within the viewport. Also include a small bottom-right note reading: “This version is a local creator sandbox. Real online players and shared persistence need a server connection.” Hide that note on small screens.

Interaction rules: clicking/tapping any point on the planet should raycast against the ocean sphere and place the currently selected creation at that surface point. The selected tool can be changed by clicking its toolbar button, and the mode label must update to House, Tree, or Landmark. Each successful placement increments the Objects counter and displays a short fading toast near the top center, respectively “house added to your planet”, “tree added to your planet”, or “landmark added to your planet”. The Clear creations button must remove every player-created object, reset the count to zero, and show a fading toast saying “Your creations were cleared”. Do not add enemies, scoring, lives, timers, resource systems, multiplayer, or other gameplay that is not present.

For House and Tree, load recognizable low-poly building and pine-tree GLB assets (or visually equivalent assets) and clone/place them on the globe. Houses should be scaled around 0.72 and trees around 0.58. Align each model’s local up axis to the outward normal of the spherical surface so it stands upright relative to the planet, with slight elevation above the surface. For Landmark, create it procedurally as a small glowing cyan-blue cylindrical base with a bright tapered/conical beacon above it, also aligned to the surface normal and positioned just above the Earth. Cast and receive shadows on the 3D creations where supported. Keep all creations in a dedicated group so clearing them is immediate. The scene should continue rendering smoothly and remain responsive during model loading; preserve a cohesive stylized, cool blue Earth-at-night aesthetic.
