Make your own game

Drop Zone was built by adamox rivive with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Drop Zone opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Drop Zone

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a playable browser game titled “Drop Zone,” presented as a simple stylized 3D top-down arena shooter. Use a perspective camera looking down at and following the player from roughly 18 units away, with a pale sky-blue background and matching fog that fades distant objects. The arena is a large flat square grassy-green ground plane, with a thin bright yellow circular ring centered at the origin marking the safe zone; the player begins near the center at approximately (0, 0, 8). Add soft shadows, bright hemisphere fill light, and warm directional sunlight for a clean low-poly game look.

The player is a humanoid third-person avatar holding an assault rifle, with an idle animation when available. Movement is controlled with WASD on desktop or an equivalent virtual joystick/touch control, at about 8 units per second. Aim toward the mouse cursor by projecting it onto the ground plane, and fire toward that point with left click, Space, or the large circular FIRE button at the bottom-right on touch screens. Each shot creates a small glowing pale-yellow sphere projectile traveling quickly across the ground plane; shots last about 1.2 seconds. The player cannot shoot before starting or after the game ends.

At the start screen, show a prominent centered rounded yellow-orange button reading “DROP INTO THE ZONE.” Hide it when play begins. Display a small instruction at the top: “WASD / joystick to move • click or FIRE to shoot.” Build a HUD across the top with dark translucent rounded cards showing HP 100, ELIMS 0, MEDKITS 3, and a gold-highlighted ZONE 100%. Keep a red circular FIRE button with a white outline at bottom-right. Use bold, compact sans-serif typography and subtle shadows.

Populate the arena with eight simple hostile humanoid enemies positioned around the perimeter (roughly at (14,-10), (-14,-12), (15,11), (-15,8), (7,-17), (-7,-17), (18,0), and (-18,-3)). They should be visibly low-poly red-bodied figures with a skin-colored spherical head. Enemies continuously pursue the player at about 0.75 units per second and damage the player on close contact at about 3 HP per second after the initial grace period. Each enemy has 2 hit points, so two projectile hits eliminate it; hide defeated enemies and increment ELIMS by one. When all eight are defeated, end the game and show “SQUAD WIPE — YOU WIN.”

Place three visible white medical supply boxes at approximately (-5,1), (6,-3), and (-2,-9), each with a red cross on top. When the player comes within about 1.35 units, consume the medkit, hide it, increase HP by 35 up to a maximum of 100, and reduce the displayed MEDKITS count. Add sparse environmental cover and scenery: brown rectangular crates around (-6,3), (7,5), (-8,-6), and (6,-8), plus a few stylized trees near the outer edges. These objects should cast/receive soft shadows but should not introduce mechanics beyond what is specified.

At match start reset HP to 100, eliminations to 0, restore all three medkits and eight enemies, place the player at the starting point, and give the player a 5-second grace period. During the match, the ZONE percentage counts down from 100 toward 0 at approximately 1.2 percentage points per second. After grace ends, standing outside the yellow ring (distance greater than 18 from the center) causes about 2 HP damage per second; once the zone reaches 0, also apply that 2 HP-per-second zone damage. End the game at 0 HP with the message “ELIMINATED,” stop gameplay, and change the start button text to “PLAY AGAIN.” Allow the same button to reset and restart the match. Ensure the HUD updates continuously for HP, eliminations, remaining medkits, and zone percentage.
