Make your own game

Distrito Umbra was built by Joshua Joshua with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Distrito Umbra opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Distrito Umbra

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a playable third-person 3D action game titled "Distrito Umbra // Acto I". Set it in a dark stylized neon city at night: an expansive nearly black-purple street/floor with faint purple grid/road lines, dense black-violet rectangular buildings around the play area, many small glowing pink windows, cyan neon sign strips, and several tall street lanterns. Use a moody cyberpunk/anime fantasy look with pink-magenta and cyan lighting, deep shadows, fog, bloom-like emissive materials, and a black sky/background. Use a behind-the-player perspective camera that follows a controllable humanoid warrior, with movement speed suitable for exploring the street and a modest jump. The avatar is a dark armored hunter/warrior with a sword, dark coat/shoulder armor, pale angular hair, a black angular mask with a single glowing red eye and scar, and a bright pink/red glowing chest core. The game begins with the player on the street and three skeleton-warrior enemies (“ecos”/devoradores) placed ahead in the city at roughly three different locations. Enemies are gray/dark stylized skeletal warriors; they idle until the player approaches, then move toward the player and periodically damage them when very close. Give each enemy 60 health. The central mechanic is close-range attacking: pressing E or Space, or tapping a large circular pink “ATACAR” button at the lower right, performs an attack with a short cooldown. The attack hits nearby enemies (normal range about 3.3 world units) for 35 damage, creates a brief burst of pink particles, and uses a sword-attack animation and heavy impact sound. Defeated enemies disappear and increment the purge counter. After all three enemies are defeated, trigger a transformation: restore health to full, reveal and animate a larger crimson/black monster form around the warrior with glowing red spines, claws, wing-like blades, a crown-like head piece, and four glowing crimson tentacles/kagune; enlarge the player and increase attack range to about 4.4 and damage to 70. The transformed state remains active. Player health starts at 100/100, is shown as a bright pink-to-orange bar, and decreases by 8 per enemy hit before transformation or 4 after transformation. If health reaches zero, reset the player’s health to 100, reset the purge count to 0, revert the transformation, and revive/reset all three enemies. Do not add extra weapons, inventories, quests, or enemy types beyond these mechanics.

Build a Spanish HUD over the 3D scene. At the upper left show the spaced pink label “DISTRITO UMBRA // ACTO I” and the mission title “Misión: Silencia a los devoradores.” At the upper right show “0 / 3 ecos purgados” (updating through 3 / 3), a rounded glowing health bar, and numeric health such as “100 / 100.” Along the bottom, show a translucent dark rounded dialogue panel with a thin pink border, the heading “VOZ EN LA LLUVIA,” and initial text: “La ciudad respira bajo el neón. Encuentra los tres ecos antes de que la noche te encuentre a ti.” Update the dialogue after kills with short Spanish messages, including one indicating an enemy is gone and, after the third, “La forma completa despierta. El distrito ya no puede contenerte.” During transformation use: “La máscara se rompe. La forma completa despierta bajo la lluvia.” On defeat use a message telling the player the city claims them and to press E to awaken with the mask. Place a large glowing magenta circular ATACAR button at bottom right. On desktop include a small bottom-left hint reading “WASD mover · ESPACIO salto · E ataque”; hide that hint on narrow mobile layouts. Support responsive desktop/mobile presentation, with a touch-friendly control system/virtual movement control on mobile. Keep the overall presentation close to a polished low-poly third-person neon action demo: emissive pink windows and attack effects, lantern props, shadow-casting models, fog, and cinematic contrast. The only victory condition is purging all three echoes; the game should otherwise continue in the transformed state.
