Crown Island was built by Maura McVey with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix Crown Island opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Create a third-person 3D collecting game titled “Crown Island.” Use a bright, low-poly/isometric-feeling tropical island scene viewed by a smooth follow camera positioned behind and above the player. The world has a cyan-blue sky with matching distant fog and a large dark teal-blue ocean plane. In the center is a broad rectangular sandy island slab with a slightly smaller green grass top. Around the island are eleven raised square sandy parkour platforms, each about 2.5 by 2.5 units and thin, arranged around the perimeter at varied heights, forming stepping areas over/around the grass. Add a circular central pedestal made of a dark brown wood-colored cylinder, topped with a thin pale cyan glowing crystal-colored pad. The player is a small simple blue capsule-shaped character with a rounded top and bottom, plus a small pale cyan/white visor on its front. Start the player near the front side of the island, facing into the scene. Give the character third-person movement with WASD or arrow keys, Space to jump, gravity, and basic platform/ground traversal. On touch devices, show/use a virtual joystick. The player should move at roughly human-game speed and jump high enough to reach the raised platforms. Place exactly 10 collectible floating crowns around the island, mainly on/near the raised platforms: at positions corresponding to approximately (-8,3.2,-8), (-4,2.6,-9), (5,2.8,-8), (8,3.6,-6), (10,2.7,1), (8,3.2,6), (3,2.5,8), (-3,3.3,8), (-8,2.6,6), and (-10,3.4,2). Each crown is a glowing gold/yellow torus ring lying horizontally with a small cyan crystal/octahedron gem at its center. Crowns slowly bob up and down, rotate continuously, and disappear when the player comes within about 1.05 units. Count each crown only once. When all 10 are collected, change the status message to “Island cleared!”. Add simple tropical decoration: load low-poly palm tree models at approximately the island corners/edges around (-9,-7), (9,-7), (-9,7), (9,7), and (0,-9), with green palm fronds and brown trunks. Put a short row of five low-poly wooden bridge pieces along the near edge around z=-11. Use strong warm directional sunlight and soft shadows, cool hemisphere fill light, and subtle blue rim light. Objects should cast/receive soft shadows. Use a colorful low-poly aesthetic with sandy tan platforms, green grass, blue water, brown wood, glowing gold crowns, and cyan crystal accents. Provide a fixed HUD over the game: in the upper-left, a dark translucent rounded panel with the yellow uppercase title “CROWN ISLAND,” a large white counter initially reading “0 / 10 crowns,” and the subtitle “Collect the floating crowns before time runs out.” In the upper-right, a coral-red rounded pill initially reading “10 crowns left”; update it to show the remaining crowns and show “Island cleared!” when complete. Along the bottom center, show a dark translucent rounded hint bar reading “WASD / arrows to move · Space to jump · touch joystick on mobile.” Put a yellow “Reset run” button at bottom-right. Clicking reset must restore all 10 crowns, reset the counter/banner, and return the player to its start position. Do not add enemies, combat, weapons, lives, or other gameplay systems; the core loop is navigating/jumping around the island to collect the 10 floating crowns.
