Make your own game

Blocky Bazaar was built by Myles Girouard with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Blocky Bazaar opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Blocky Bazaar

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a playable low-poly 3D third-person shopping game titled “Blocky Bazaar.” Use a colorful, minimalist block-built aesthetic with flat rectangular geometry, soft shadows, and a bright sky-blue background with light fog. The camera should follow a simple blocky humanoid avatar from behind at a perspective third-person distance of about 7 units. The avatar has a white cube head, a blue rectangular torso, and purple block legs, and starts near the front/center of an open-sided bazaar stall. Allow movement with WASD or the arrow keys and jumping using the third-person controller; show a bottom-center hint reading “WASD / arrows to move · walk to a display and tap it”.

Build the bazaar as a simple stall/room: a large pale cream back wall and matching side walls, a flat yellow-trimmed roof supported by several brown wooden beams, and a large green grassy floor. Along the back wall place a long dark-brown wooden counter with a thin golden-yellow top trim. Add several small brown block platforms/benches in front of the counter. Include simple pale rectangular wall sign panels above the displays. Light the scene with bright ambient and directional sunlight, with cast shadows visible on the ground.

Place exactly three item displays along the counter, from left to right, each on a brown rectangular pedestal: a red/pink torus-shaped “Speed Coil” on the left, a green chunky rectangular “Jump Boots” object in the middle, and a golden-yellow low-poly cone/crown-like “Golden Crown” on the right. Make each display item slowly rotate and gently bob up and down. Put a blank white rectangular label panel behind/above each item, matching the visible simple sign geometry. The player begins with 120 coins.

Add a fixed HUD overlay: a dark translucent rounded panel at the upper left with bold text “BLOCKY BAZAAR,” and a matching panel at the upper right showing a coin icon and the current coin total, initially “🪙 120.” At the bottom center show the movement/interaction hint. When the player clicks/taps one of the three displayed objects with the pointer, open a centered dark translucent shop card. The card must show the selected item’s name and description, then its price, with a full-width purchase button and a Close button. Use these exact item data and prices: Speed Coil — “Run faster for your next adventure.” — 45 coins; Jump Boots — “Bouncy boots for huge jumps.” — 60 coins; Golden Crown — “A shiny crown for the server legend.” — 90 coins. The purchase button should read “Buy for 🪙 [price]” when affordable, subtract the price from the coin total, mark the item owned, change the button to “Owned” and disable it, and show a temporary toast notification such as “Purchased Speed Coil!”. If the player cannot afford an item, disable the purchase button. Already-owned items also show “Owned” and cannot be bought again. The Close button hides the card. Keep the scene and HUD clean and arcade-like, with no enemies, combat, timer, or additional gameplay systems.
