Make your own game

Whiteout Watch was built by Govind Rajput with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Whiteout Watch opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Whiteout Watch

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a browser-playable 3D third-person survival game titled “Whiteout Watch.” Use Three.js or an equivalent real-time 3D engine, with a perspective camera following a small stylized survivor from behind at about 7 units distance. The setting is an open snowy wilderness: a pale blue-gray circular snowfield, cool blue sky/background, atmospheric fog, scattered low faceted snowdrifts, six distant winter/leafless trees around the perimeter, and continuously falling snow particles. Use soft shadows, cool daylight/hemisphere lighting, and a warm orange point light from the campfire for contrast. Keep the visual style low-poly and clean, with dark blue UI panels and warm orange accents.

The player is a simple stylized bundled survivor centered in the scene: a blue-gray capsule-like body with a dark navy rounded hood/head. Start the survivor at position approximately (0, 0, 5), with the camp at the origin. Provide third-person movement using WASD or arrow keys, Shift to run, and Space to jump; the on-screen hint should explicitly show “WASD / arrows to move · Shift to run · Space to jump · Warm up at the fire.”

The main objective is to search the nearby snowfield for fallen wood and bring it back to the campfire while keeping the fire and the survivor alive. Build a campfire at the origin from a ring of eight gray rocks, crossed brown logs, and a stylized two-layer orange/yellow flame. Make the flame visibly flicker and rotate subtly, and make its warm point light pulse. Place six small brown three-log wood piles at these approximate positions: (10,-8), (-11,-10), (14,10), (-16,8), (8,18), and (-20,-2), where coordinates are on the ground plane. When the survivor comes within about 2.2 units of a pile, automatically collect it, hide/remove that pile, and increase carried wood by 1, up to a maximum of 3.

Implement the actual survival rules: start with Fire at 100%, Body heat at 100%, and Wood carried at 0/3. Fire continuously drains at about 1.15 percentage points per second. When the player is farther than 3.5 units from the fire, body heat drains at roughly 0.75 per second, increasing slightly as time passes. When the player is near the fire, body heat recovers rapidly at about 18 per second. While near the fire, if carried wood is greater than zero and fire is below 88%, consume carried wood gradually at about 0.15 units per second and restore fire at about 8 percentage points per second, capped at 100%. End the game immediately when either fire or body heat reaches zero. There is no implemented win condition or dawn timer; the core playable outcome is avoiding this loss state while gathering and returning wood.

Create a fixed HUD over the 3D view. In the upper-left, show a translucent dark navy rounded panel with the title “WHITEOUT WATCH,” the instruction text “Keep the fire alive until dawn. Gather wood in the snow and bring it back to camp.”, a Fire percentage bar with an orange-to-yellow fill, a Body heat percentage bar with a cyan-to-pale-blue fill, and the text “Wood carried: 0 / 3.” Update both bars and numeric percentages continuously. At the bottom center show the movement/warmth hint. On initial load, cover the scene with a dark translucent overlay and a centered rounded navy card titled “Stay with the flame,” with this text: “The storm is getting worse. Your fire is the only thing keeping the cold away. Search the nearby snowfields for fallen wood, then return to camp before your body heat runs out.” Include an orange “Start the watch” button. The game should not run until this button is pressed.

When the fire or body heat reaches zero, stop gameplay and show the same overlay with a game-over message: “The fire went dark. The whiteout swallowed your camp.” and a “Try again” button. Restarting must reset Fire and Body heat to 100%, carried wood to 0, elapsed time to zero, restore all six wood piles, reposition the survivor to the starting point, and resume play. Preserve the polished responsive layout: the HUD panel should adapt to narrow screens, the canvas should fill the viewport, and the overlay card should remain centered. Do not add enemies, weapons, inventory beyond the 0–3 wood counter, extra objectives, or mechanics not described here.
