The Forgotten Island was built by Ariel Hernandez with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix The Forgotten Island opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Create a browser-based first-person 3D exploration game titled “The Forgotten Island,” with a moody low-poly nighttime aesthetic. The player begins on a small isolated island surrounded by a dark, subtly emissive ocean under cold moonlight. Use a first-person camera with a small centered crosshair, WASD movement, Space to jump, E to interact, and Esc to pause. The player starts near the shore at approximately the south side of the island and can freely explore the island’s compact walkable terrain; use collision so the player cannot walk through the island boundary, ruin walls, trees, or the lighthouse. Build the environment as a layered low-poly island: a broad dark-blue ocean, a faceted circular island base with a muted green-gray top, a sandy beach ring, scattered angular cliff rocks around the perimeter, and a few flat stones forming a rough inland path. Place dark dead-looking low-poly trees around the island, especially along the west, northwest, and east sides. In the middle, create an abandoned rectangular ruin made from four stone columns and a horizontal lintel, with low dark-gray walls/blockers that form an interior passage. At the northeast/east side, place a tall faceted stone lighthouse tower with a dark conical roof and a small warm orange beacon near its top. The lighting should be cinematic and restrained: dark navy sky/background, fog that obscures the distant ocean, cool blue-gray moon fill and directional moonlight with soft shadows, plus a faint warmer rim light. Use subdued gray, brown, charcoal, sand, and blue colors with a serif narrative UI. The game objective is a short environmental quest. On the intro overlay, show the title in large uppercase spaced serif lettering, the text: “You awaken on a shore with no memory. An abandoned ruin waits inland, and a dead lighthouse watches the dark ocean.” Then show: “Find the three ancient relics. Speak to the ferryman's shade. Reach the lighthouse.” Include an “Enter the island” button. Once started, hide the intro, enable first-person movement/pointer lock, and set the top-left HUD to “Objective: Speak to the ferryman’s shade” and “Relics: 0 / 3.” Place three collectible ancient relics as glowing blue-violet faceted octahedral objects with a glowing circular ring beneath/around each one. Their approximate positions are: southwest/west shore at (-11, 1.25, 9), in/near the central ruin at (0, 1.35, -5), and toward the southern/southeastern side at (5, 1.25, -10). They should be collected only when the player is close, looking toward them, and presses E. After collection, hide the relic, increment the counter, and update the objective to “Find the remaining relics”; after all three are collected, change it to “All relics recovered — reach the lighthouse.” When the player is close and looking at an interactable, show a bottom-center prompt such as “Press E to take the ancient relic.” Place a ferryman’s shade NPC near the center of the ruin at approximately (0, 1, -1). Visually make it a simple eerie low-poly figure: a dark tapered/conical body and a pale gray spherical head with a slight glow. Interacting with it via E initially starts the quest, changes the objective to “Find three ancient relics, then return to the lighthouse,” and displays the message: “The shade whispers: ‘The island remembers three lights. Return them to the tower.’” Further interactions should show either “The shade waits in silence.” before all relics are recovered or “The shade points toward the lighthouse.” after all relics are recovered. Show “Press E to speak with the shade” when aimed at it. Also include a slowly drifting island wraith/ghost hazard near the east-central area, initially around (5, 1, -3). Make it a glowing blue-gray sphere with a tapered tail. Animate it gently bobbing and drifting in a small looping orbit. If the player comes within roughly 1.5 units, display “The wraith brushes your memory. Keep moving.”, apply a brief two-second damage/collision cooldown, and nudge the player forward/away slightly; there are no health bars or weapons. At the lighthouse, interaction is possible within roughly 4.3 units and while looking toward it. If fewer than three relics are collected, show “The lighthouse door is sealed by three empty sockets.” If all three are collected, mark the game won, change the objective to “The lighthouse flame remembers you,” and display: “You light the beacon. Far out at sea, something answers.” Stop active gameplay after winning while continuing to render the scene. When aiming at the lighthouse, show “Press E to enter the lighthouse.” Use a fixed HUD overlay that does not intercept movement except for buttons: top-left objective and relic count with subtle dark text shadow, centered crosshair, bottom-center contextual messages/prompts, and bottom-right controls hint reading “WASD move · Space jump · E interact · Esc pause.” Messages should appear in a dark translucent box with a thin muted-gold border and fade/hide after several seconds. Esc should open a centered pause panel reading “Paused” and “The ocean keeps moving while you remember.” with Resume and Restart buttons; Resume returns to play and Restart reloads the game. Match the supplied visual style: nearly black/navy backdrop, cream and gray Georgia-like serif text, translucent charcoal panels, thin warm-gray borders, understated atmospheric presentation, faceted low-poly geometry, fog, and soft moonlit shadows.
