Make your own game

Starfall Academy was built by definitelynotmax (Maxwell) with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Starfall Academy opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a third-person 3D exploration game titled "Starfall Academy". The player controls Princess Mira on her first day at magical high school, exploring a compact castle courtyard and walking into three classroom buildings to attend today's classes.

Use a dark violet/purple fantasy presentation. Render a 3D scene with a perspective third-person camera following the player from about 7 units away. Use soft shadows, fog fading into the distance, warm directional sunlight, lavender hemisphere lighting, and purple/pink accent lights. The environment should feel like a stylized low-poly magical academy: a rectangular stone courtyard floor enclosed by tall castle walls, with a large rear great hall, towers at the rear corners and front corners, and dark conical roofs. The rear hall has several glowing pink windows, a gold-colored central door, and pink columns. Add gold decorative poles and hanging pink banners along the rear area.

Place a central fountain in the courtyard: a short gold circular base, a blue-water circular basin, and a glowing pink vertical centerpiece. Arrange eight small gold path tiles radially around it. Scatter 18 small floating glowing star-shaped/octagonal decorations around the courtyard at varying heights; they should slowly rotate. The scene uses stone-purple walls, dark purple roofs, gold trim, pink glow elements, and blue water.

The avatar is a small student character named Princess Mira. Load/use an animated female student model, scale it to roughly human game-character size, and face it toward the play area. Give her a gold crown above her head and a purple cape behind her. She starts near the front-center of the courtyard, around the fountain approach. Support idle and movement animation behavior if the model provides those animations. The player can move with WASD or the arrow keys, and can jump with Space. Use normal gravity and a responsive walking/running movement speed. Do not add combat, enemies, health, inventory, or collectible mechanics.

Build three classroom wings/buildings, each a dark stone rectangular structure with a brightly colored glowing door/portal and a readable floating label above or near its entrance:
1. Spellcraft — Professor Lumi, on the left side of the courtyard, with a pink/lilac portal.
2. Potions — Madame Ember, on the right side, with a light blue portal.
3. Stargazing — Master Orion, toward the back/center of the courtyard, with a warm gold portal.
The labels should clearly show only the class name in-world, while the HUD shows both class and teacher.

The objective is simply to attend all three classes by walking close to each classroom entrance. When the player comes within roughly 2.3 units of an entrance, automatically mark that class complete. Each class can only be completed once. Show a temporary centered toast message such as "Spellcraft attended! Next class is waiting." After all three are completed, show "You finished your first day!" Keep the player free to explore and jump.

Create a fixed HTML HUD over the canvas. At the upper left, show the large serif title "Starfall Academy" with the subtitle "Princess Mira's first day at magical high school" in pale pink. At the upper right, show a rounded dark-purple translucent panel titled "Today's Classes" in warm pale yellow. Inside it, show three stacked clickable class buttons reading exactly "Spellcraft · Professor Lumi", "Potions · Madame Ember", and "Stargazing · Master Orion". Clicking a class button should set it as the currently selected class and display a temporary toast like "Head to the Spellcraft classroom!"; the selection should not teleport the player or otherwise change the world. When a class is completed, prefix that button with a check mark and change it to a more highlighted completed style.

At the bottom center, show a rounded pill-shaped instruction panel reading "WASD / arrows to explore · Space to jump · Walk into a classroom". Display temporary toast notifications near the upper center, using a warm cream/yellow background and dark purple text. Use elegant Georgia-like serif typography, pale cream text, lavender borders, translucent deep-purple panels, rounded corners, and subtle shadows. Make the layout responsive so the class panel remains usable on smaller screens. Preserve the uncluttered composition visible in the reference: mostly open dark-purple courtyard space with the title and class panel prominent in the HUD.
