Starbound Rescue was built by mjshehadi54 with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix Starbound Rescue opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Create a playable Three.js-style first-person 3D space platformer titled “Starbound Rescue.” The camera is at the player’s eye level and the player avatar is unseen. Set the world in a dark navy/black galaxy with subtle fog and a large field of tiny white stars. Use soft blue-white hemisphere lighting plus a bright directional star light, shadows, and a clean colorful cute low-poly/animated-model aesthetic. The play space consists of three small floating spherical planets per level: a large central home planet (radius about 5.2) and two smaller moons positioned in the distance (roughly to the right/back and left/back). Give every planet a saturated color and a thin glowing gold ring around its equator; level 1’s main planet is blue, level 2 purple, and level 3 coral/orange, while the moons are green and golden. Gravity should point toward the nearest planet’s center, allowing the player to run around the curved surfaces and jump between planets. Use first-person mouse-look with a small white center reticle, WASD or arrow-key movement, and Space to jump. Movement should be acceleration-based with air control, damping, and a jump impulse; landing on a planet makes the player grounded. If the player falls far into space or is hit, respawn them above the central planet and remove one of 3 hearts, with brief invulnerability and a message. At zero hearts show “Game over — press R to restart.” Build three sequential levels. Each level spawns cute animated alien “moon-mite” enemies on the planet surfaces, using small colorful alien/monster models (or close equivalents) that idle/bob and move toward the player. Level 1 requires 3 stomps, level 2 requires 4, and level 3 requires 5. The only way to defeat a moon-mite is to jump and descend onto it from above: detect that the player is falling and clearly above the enemy, then remove the enemy, emit a burst of yellow particles, bounce the player upward, and increment the stomp counter. Touching an enemy from the side or underneath costs a heart and displays a warning such as “Ouch — hit the enemy from above.” Enemies should not use weapons or projectiles. After all required moon-mites are stomped, create an active glowing cyan portal on top of the central planet: a rotating cyan torus/ring with a bright translucent white-blue spherical core. Display a message telling the player to step into the glowing ring; walking into it advances to the next level. The portal should rotate while active. On level 3, additionally show the rescue story: a cute large alien Turtle King boss arrives near the moons and a cute humanoid Star Princess is held at a distant location around (7.5, 1.8, -8). Surround the princess with a rotating cyan metallic cage made from top and bottom circular plates and ten vertical bars. The Turtle King follows/chases the player, is larger than the regular enemies, and needs exactly 3 successful stomps from above. Side contact with the boss costs a heart. Each successful boss stomp bounces the player, emits blue particles, and reduces a visible boss health count; after the third, remove the boss, make the cage translucent briefly and remove it, move the princess to the central planet, mark the rescue complete, and open the portal/message stating that the Star Princess is free and the galaxy is safe. Include a minimal overlay HUD matching the game: at the upper left, a translucent dark rounded panel reading “Level N · Stomps X/Y · Hearts H,” and when the boss is active append “· Boss H/3.” At the upper right show “WASD move · Mouse look · Space jump.” Center a temporary pale-yellow instructional/status message beneath the top panels, beginning with “Go! Use WASD and Space. Jump onto bad guys from above.” Include a start overlay with a dark radial galaxy background, a rounded card, the title “Starbound Rescue,” explanatory text about first-person galaxy hopping and rescuing the Star Princess, and a yellow/orange Play button; hide it when Play is pressed and request mouse pointer lock. Add responsive mobile controls: a translucent circular virtual joystick at bottom left with a movable inner nub, a large round yellow/orange JUMP button at bottom right, and right-side touch-drag look controls. Make the layout work in portrait mobile view as well as desktop. Play a short jump sound on jumps and stomps if audio is available. Provide restart behavior with the R key after game over.
