Create a browser-based 3D driving/test-range game titled “Solar Haul,” using a dark futuristic teal/blue visual style and a first-person or close driver-follow camera aimed down a broad three-lane test road. The scene should use a very dark navy sky/background with fog fading the road and structures into the distance, soft cinematic shadows, a cool cyan ambient light, and a warm amber accent light near the vehicle.

The playable vehicle is a compact luxury SUV called the dual-layer solar SUV. Place it initially centered on the road around the near end of the test range. Use a metallic, dark SUV body with boron-steel/underbody armor styling, two visible front structural braces, a small glowing cyan OLED command display, and a primary roof solar array made of three dark teal rectangular panels arranged side-by-side across the roof. Add a second, lower solar layer consisting of three smaller teal panels; this lower layer is hidden at startup and toggled visible when the player presses Space. The vehicle should be able to drive around the range and turn according to its movement direction.

Build the environment as a simple enclosed-feeling solar test range: a large dark ground plane, three broad parallel road lanes made from long low rectangular strips, and a dashed pale mint center lane marker made from repeated rectangular stripes extending into the distance. Add three telemetry/solar gates at intervals along the road (approximately z=-18, 0, and 18): each gate has two tall teal pylons at the left and right edges and a thin horizontal teal beam connecting them overhead. The road should be mostly empty, with no enemies, traffic, collectibles, weapons, collisions, combat, or win/lose sequence.

Controls and mechanics: clicking allows the player to look around through the provided first-person-style controls; WASD and arrow keys drive/move the vehicle. Shift (either left or right Shift) switches into HIGHWAY mode while held; otherwise the HUD mode reads ROUGH. Space toggles the second/lower solar layer on and off. Maintain a live power value starting at 18.4 kW. While Shift is held, power rises over time toward a maximum of 26 kW; otherwise it slowly falls toward a minimum of 8 kW; when the second solar layer is extended, add a small additional power increase over time. Continuously update the telemetry display with power formatted to one decimal place, a range reserve percentage calculated from the power (roughly 64 + power*1.2), and a horizontal fill bar whose width is roughly 42 + power*2 percent, capped at 100. Do not add additional gameplay systems beyond these mechanics.

Create a fixed, non-interactive HUD over the 3D view. In the upper-left, show a rounded translucent dark panel with a thin blue-teal border and subtle shadow/blur. It must contain the cyan uppercase eyebrow “DUAL-LAYER SOLAR SUV,” the bold title “SOLAR HAUL / TEST RANGE,” the subtitle “Boron-steel armor, active ride height, driver-first telemetry.”, and a 2x2 grid of stat cards reading CHASSIS / 
8,500, SEATS / 7 PASS, ARRAY / 2-LAYER, and MODE / ROUGH (changing to HIGHWAY while Shift is held). In the upper-right, show a rounded telemetry card labeled “LIVE POWER TELEMETRY,” a large live value such as “+18.4 kW,” the text “range reserve 86%” based on the current value, and a slim rounded progress bar with a cyan-to-light-green fill. Along the bottom center, show a pill-shaped dark hint panel reading “Click to look around · WASD / arrows to drive · Shift for highway mode · Space to extend the second solar layer.” Use responsive sizing so the HUD remains usable on narrower screens. The overall look should match a polished dark sci-fi vehicle test interface: teal emissive accents, pale mint lane markings, metallic vehicle, and restrained typography.
