Make your own game

Snack Puppet was built by ryanrmartinez with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Snack Puppet opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Snack Puppet

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a browser-based interactive 3D character toy titled “Snack Puppet.” Use Three.js or an equivalent 3D engine with a fixed, front-facing portrait camera: perspective camera around (0, 2.8, 10), looking toward the puppet’s upper body, with a dark navy background and mild distance fog. The character should be centered, large in frame, and stand on a dark purple circular stage floor with a smaller blue circular rug beneath him. Add sparse tiny yellow and periwinkle star-like dots in the distant backdrop.

Build the puppet from simple smooth primitives with soft studio lighting, shadows, and a stylized toy-like appearance. The puppet is a white, round-headed figure with an elongated oval head, white cylindrical arms and round white hands, a blue rectangular shirt/body with five narrow vertical white stripes, blue-dark rounded lower body/shorts, white legs, and rounded brown shoes. Give him a large dark blue bow tie with two rounded lobes and a yellow spherical knot. Add a brown mop of hair on top made from multiple short capsule-like strands arranged in an arc. His face has oversized round black glasses with thick dark rims, translucent pale-blue lenses, and a small dark bridge; small vertical black oval eyes sit inside the glasses. Add a wide black oval mouth and five square yellow teeth across the upper part of the mouth. Use warm key light from above/front-left, cool rim lighting from the right/back, ambient hemisphere lighting, soft shadows, high-quality antialiasing, and a slightly warm filmic tone mapping.

The puppet should have gentle idle animation: continuously bob vertically a little and sway/rotate side-to-side subtly; the hair should slowly sway. There are no enemies, collectibles, score, timer, health, inventory, movement controls, or levels. The only interaction is tapping/clicking the puppet or pressing the visible Talk button. On interaction, trigger a speech event: briefly scale the speech bubble up and back, make the puppet bob more energetically and wobble around its vertical/front-facing axis for roughly half a second, and attempt browser speech synthesis using the exact line: “I love my MOMMMM! I love love my FOOOD! Give me SNACKSS, I'm in the MOOOD!” Use a lively character voice if available, approximately rate 0.86 and pitch 1.18, and cancel any previous speech before starting another.

Overlay a non-interactive HUD above the 3D canvas. At the top center show “SNACK PUPPET” in uppercase, heavy lettering with wide letter spacing, pale yellow color, and a dark brown text shadow. Near the upper center, show a large cream/off-white rounded speech bubble with a thick dark plum border, dark text, centered bold type, a subtle dark drop shadow, and a downward triangular tail. Lay out the exact text on three lines: “I love my MOMMMM!” / “I love love my FOOOD!” / “Give me SNACKSS — I'm in the MOOOD!” The bubble should be responsive, about 88vw wide with a max width around 650px, and use large responsive text. At the bottom center show a dark translucent pill-shaped hint reading “Tap the puppet to make him talk” in pale lavender, followed by a small rounded pale-yellow button labeled “Talk!” in bold dark text. Make the button clickable without passing the click through to the canvas. Ensure the layout works on mobile portrait screens, with the canvas filling the viewport and no scrolling.
