Click the game above and it runs right here in your browser. No download, no installer, no account needed. Elmehdi DAIR built it with Cinevva, so it works on a phone or a tablet too.
Nobody has said anything about Ronda yet. Play it, then tell Elmehdi DAIR what you would add next.
Ronda was built by Elmehdi DAIR with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix Ronda opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Recreate a responsive web card game titled "روندا المغربية" (Ronda), a quick Moroccan two-player card duel with an optional same-device multiplayer mode. Use a dark green felt/card-table visual style: full-height deep forest background, centered playable area with a radial green gradient, gold title and accent color, white text, rounded translucent panels, and soft shadows. The interface is Arabic/Moroccan Darija and right-to-left for the game content, with some Latin subtitle text. At the top, show the gold title "روندا" and subtitle "اللعبة المغربية — Ronda المغربية" on the left/top area, and compact score boxes on the opposite side showing each player name and round score. The main layout should have three vertically spaced areas: an opponents area with a label for other players and face-down card indicators, a central table area with a label "الطابلة", and the current player's hand at the bottom labeled "يدك" (or the active local player's hand). Put a status message between the table and hand, and show a centered rounded gold button for starting a new round when the round ends.
On first load, display a dark translucent full-screen overlay with a centered green rounded modal. The modal title is "روندا المغربية", with an explanation that the player can choose solo versus computer or multiplayer on the same device. Include two select controls: mode choices "بوحدك ضد الكمبيوتر" and "Multiplayer ف نفس الجهاز", and player-count choices "جوج لاعبين" and "ربعة لاعبين". In solo mode always use exactly two players. Include a gold pill-shaped "بدا اللعب" button, plus small pill controls for sound (initially "🔊 الصوت شاعل") and help ("كيفاش كتتلعب؟"). The help control toggles a short explanation: matching a value on the table captures cards; otherwise the played card is added to the table; the player with the most captures wins the round.
Implement the actual mechanics, not just a visual mockup. Construct a shuffled deck from the four suits spade, heart, diamond, club and ranks 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,10,11,12 (do not add 8, 9, or 13). Each card has a rank, suit, and unique id. At the beginning of each round, deal 3 cards to every player and place 4 cards face-up on the table. Each player starts with zero captures; preserve the players' accumulated round-win score across new rounds if the game is restarted with the new-round control. Start with player 1's turn.
A player selects/taps a face-up card in their hand. If any table cards have the exact same rank, remove all table cards of that rank and count those matched cards plus the played card as that player's captures. Show a status such as "[player] شد [number] ورقات!". If there is no rank match, place the played card face-up onto the table and show "ماكاينش match — زيدنا الورقة للطابلة". Render cards as small white/off-white rounded rectangles with a subtle 3D shadow; show the rank at upper-left and suit at lower-right. Hearts and diamonds are red, while spades and clubs use dark ink. The table is a rounded bordered dark-green region that wraps multiple cards.
After a play, advance cyclically to the next player. In solo mode, the human is player 1 and the computer is player 2: disable the human hand while it is the computer's turn, show "الكمبيوتر كيلعب…", wait about 700ms, then have the bot automatically play. The bot prioritizes the first card in its hand whose rank matches any card on the table; if none matches, it chooses a random card. In local multiplayer mode, reveal the active player's hand and then show a handoff message like "دور لاعب 2 — عطيو التليفون" for the next player. Opponents should remain represented by their names and a row of gold face-down-card symbols, not their card faces.
When all players' hands are empty, finish the round. If cards remain on the table, award all remaining table cards to the player with the greatest capture count. Determine the winner as the player with the greatest captures (ties resolve to the first player encountered), increment that player's displayed score by one, clear the table, and show a message like "الجولة سالات — [player] ربح!". Display the new-round button. Scores are shown in compact rounded boxes, with the numeric score in gold. In solo mode names are "نتا" and "الكمبيوتر"; in local mode names are "لاعب 1", "لاعب 2", etc.
Add lightweight optional audio feedback controlled by the sound button: use Moroccan Arabic speech synthesis for turn, capture, and winner announcements when available, and short triangle-wave beeps for captures, misses, and round wins. The sound toggle changes to "🔇 الصوت طافي" when disabled. Keep interactions touch-friendly and responsive: use a centered max-width layout, flexible wrapping hands/table, viewport-height organization, and slightly smaller cards/table on short screens. Cards should gently lift on hover but remain disabled and semi-transparent when not playable. Do not introduce extra game systems such as lives, timers, betting, special cards, animations beyond the small card hover/turn delay, or additional rules not described here.
