Make your own game

Relic Run was built by Artin with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Relic Run opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a browser-playable 3D third-person collection game titled "Relic Run." Use Three.js-style rendering with a dark navy background and fog, a fixed circular arena floor made of a broad low cylinder in deep blue-gray, and a glowing cyan torus marking the arena boundary. Place roughly 18 short-to-medium rectangular ruin pillars around the outer perimeter in alternating muted blue and purple-gray stone colors, with simple rough materials and shadows. Use a third-person camera following the player from behind and above, with smooth movement and a visible player character loaded from the supplied asset package if available; scale the character around 1.2 and enable shadows. The player starts near the edge of the arena at approximately (0, 0.2, 8), while the camera begins behind/above them.

The core objective is to collect all 8 glowing relic crystals before the 45-second countdown expires. Represent each relic as a bright cyan/light-blue emissive rotating octahedron hovering above a small dark blue circular pedestal. Scatter the eight relics at these approximate arena positions: (-7, 0.5, 4), (-4, 0.5, -2), (0, 0.5, -6), (5, 0.5, -4), (8, 0.5, 2), (4, 0.5, 7), (-6, 0.5, -7), and (7, 0.5, -8). Make crystals gently bob vertically and rotate continuously. When the player comes within about 1.2 world units of a visible relic, hide it and increment the collection count; do not add enemies, attacks, weapons, or other invented mechanics.

Implement third-person controls: WASD and arrow keys move the player, Shift provides sprinting, and Space jumps. On mobile, provide the control system's touch joystick. Keep the player inside or visually constrained by the circular arena. The movement system should support gravity and jumping, with approximately move speed 5, jump speed 8, and gravity -22. The character should face its movement direction.

HUD styling should match a sleek sci-fi ruin aesthetic: a fixed translucent dark navy panel at the upper-left with a thin cyan border, rounded corners, subtle blur/shadow, the cyan uppercase title "RELIC RUN," the subtitle "Collect the crystals before the arena collapses," and a prominent counter reading "Relics 0 / 8 · 45s" that updates with the collected count and rounded-up remaining seconds. At the upper-right, show small pale-blue instructions: "WASD / arrows to move · Shift to sprint · Space to jump" and "Touch joystick appears on mobile." Before play, show a centered dark translucent modal with rounded corners and cyan border containing the large white title "Relic Run," explanatory text that eight relics are scattered through the ruins and must be collected before 45 seconds runs out, and a bright cyan "START RUN" button. Hide the modal when the run starts.

The timer begins at 45 seconds when START RUN is pressed and the relic counter resets, with all relics made visible. Update the HUD continuously. If all eight relics are collected before time expires, stop gameplay and show a centered result modal titled "ARENA CLEARED" with text "You recovered every relic. Nice run." and change the button to "RUN AGAIN." If the timer reaches zero first, stop gameplay and show "TIME OUT" with text "The ruins sealed before you found them all." and the same replay button. Clicking replay resets the timer, counter, and relic visibility. Use cool cyan emissive lighting on the relics, a deep blue/purple environment, hemisphere lighting plus a strong directional light and soft shadows, and a clean minimal low-poly sci-fi ruin visual style.
