Make your own game

Palm Paradise+ was built by DEE zee with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Palm Paradise+ opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Palm Paradise+

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Rebuild a playable 3D third-person tropical island life-sim called “Palm Paradise+”. Use an original, colorful low-poly/isometric-leaning Roblox-style presentation without Roblox logos, copied maps, branded assets, or copyrighted music. The camera follows the player from behind and above at a smooth perspective distance, with mouse drag/pointer lock or touch dragging to rotate around the avatar. The world is a large roughly circular island surrounded by bright blue ocean, with a sandy rim, broad light-green grass interior, simple roads with pale lane stripes, soft shadows, atmospheric fog, and a bright stylized sky. Use a capsule-shaped avatar: a colored rounded body, spherical contrasting head, and a glowing rotating ring at the feet. The default style is cyan body with a pale yellow head/accent; support additional original color styles Sunny, Coral, Mint, Lavender, and Nightwave.

Build the island as a connected town with visible colorful blocky buildings, palm trees, street lamps, signs, benches, crowds, and landmark pads. Include these distinct zones and approximate placement around a central Town Plaza: Town Plaza with a round fountain, benches, pool deck and pool slide; Sunset School to the north; Coral Apartments and Beach Homes to the east; Coral Cafe to the southwest; Harbor Bites restaurant/restaurant strip to the west; Palm Safety HQ to the southeast; City Works Yard farther southeast; Crystal Beach with a wooden pier to the southwest; Friendship Park to the northwest; Vehicle Circle with parked cars to the east; and Ocean Walk/downtown boardwalk to the south. Show glowing colored torus markers on the ground at each zone, with the current zone marker brighter. Add approximately five simple colorful wandering crowd avatars and Bestie Nova, a pink-and-white friend avatar who normally wanders Friendship Park.

The core loop is exploration and social roleplay: walk around the island, enter zones, collect floating rotating gold octahedron star pickups, interact with landmarks, choose a job, work shifts, buy food, track destinations, visit an apartment, and drive one car. Start the player near the plaza with approximately $320 cash, 0 stars, mood around 78, energy around 84, default age Young Adult, no job, and a visible HUD. Each collected star gives +1 star, +
2, and a small mood increase. Context interaction is E or an on-screen ACT button. Interacting with ordinary zones gives their zone reward once per time interval, including cash/mood/energy changes and a toast message. Walking drains energy gradually and resting/standing restores it slowly; mood gently declines over time. Provide age groups selectable from the phone: Toddler (smallest and slowest), Kid, Teen, Young Adult (default), Adult, and Elder. Changing age visibly scales the avatar and changes movement speed. Provide jobs selectable from the phone: Teacher and Principal at Sunset School, Law Enforcement at Palm Safety HQ, City Worker at City Works Yard, Parent at Coral Apartments, and Restaurant Worker at Harbor Bites. After selecting a job, GPS points to its zone; pressing E in the correct zone starts a shift. A shift has a progress bar: staying inside the correct zone fills it, leaving drains it, and completion awards the job’s cash pay plus mood and stars. Show the active shift label/progress in the HUD. At Coral Cafe or Harbor Bites, opening the restaurant menu on the phone allows purchases only while in a restaurant zone. Include these original food items and effects: Cloud Smoothie (
4, energy +20, mood +7; available at either restaurant), Lagoon Burger (
2, energy +16, mood +10; Harbor Bites), Sunset Noodles (
8, energy +14, mood +11; Harbor Bites), Island Juice ($9, energy +10, mood +5; either), and Moon Slice (
6, energy +12, mood +9; Harbor Bites). Buying deducts cash, raises stats, and awards one star; reject purchases when away from restaurants or when cash is insufficient. Place a drivable original simple sedan at Vehicle Circle. The player must walk near it and press G, ACT, or the ride action to enter; the avatar hides while driving. Drive with WASD/arrows, accelerate and reverse, steer, remain constrained to the island, and press G or ACT to exit. Show “Driving” versus “Walk” in the HUD. Prevent entering the apartment while in the car. Implement an apartment interior accessible by pressing E at Coral Apartments or Beach Homes, or using the phone enter/exit control. Teleport the player into a separate cozy room/interior with floor, four walls, ceiling, bed, desk, sofa, table, and a colored point light. Press X, E, or the phone control to leave. Add phone-selectable apartment themes that visibly recolor the walls/floor/accent furnishings and light: Coastal, Sunset, Mint, and Midnight. Do not allow entry from other zones; explain through a toast that the player must go to Homes or Apartments. Add Bestie Nova’s friend system: Nova wanders Friendship Park by default, the HUD shows distance and a directional arrow, and the phone has a “ping friend” action that makes Nova travel toward the player and reports when Nova arrives. The phone can also set GPS directly to Nova. Add GPS to all named zones, with the selected destination shown as a label, directional arrow, and distance in meters. Include a minimap showing the island boundary, roads, colored zone points, player arrow, Nova, and a ring around the GPS target. A full map panel should list named destinations and allow fast travel; phone destination buttons should also set GPS and fast travel to the selected zone. Use an automatic day/night cycle. Begin around 9:30 AM / daytime, advance time continuously, and change the clock in the HUD. Lighting, sky gradient, fog, sun color/intensity, ocean appearance, and street lamps should transition through morning, day, sunset, and night; lamps glow more strongly at night. Include original procedural ambient music with distinct gentle synth patterns/mixes for morning, day, sunset, and night, starting after user interaction. Do not use external recognizable songs. HUD/UI should match the screenshot’s rounded, colorful mobile-friendly dashboard style: a translucent dark teal top bar with “PARADISE RESIDENT • [style]”, Mood and Energy horizontal bars, centered “PALM PARADISE” title and large digital time, current zone, and right-side Cash, Stars, Outfit/style, Ride state, and Sunny/day status. Add a left vertical stack of large rounded colored icon buttons labeled Home, Map, Cafe/food, Pets or social-style navigation placeholder only if it is purely visual, Style, and Cars; the functional buttons should open the map/phone or fast travel to homes, food, and cars. Add a bottom action bar with ACT, DANCE, MAP, plus mobile movement controls and PHONE/RIDE actions. Include a bottom-right Controls help card reading that WASD/arrows move, drag or mouse turns, E interacts, M opens map, P opens phone, R dances, G enters/exits the car, and X leaves the apartment. Add toast notifications for loading, fast travel, rewards, purchases, job changes, apartment entry/exit, car state, dance, and invalid interactions. The R key or DANCE button should perform a short visible spinning dance emote. Controls: keyboard WASD or arrow keys move, mouse drag/pointer lock turns camera, E interacts, P opens phone, M opens map, G enters/exits car, R dances, X leaves apartment, Escape closes phone/map. On mobile, use a left movement pad, right-side drag camera look, ACT, PHONE, MAP, RIDE, and the colored sidebar. Maintain smooth camera follow, shadows, rotating pickup/zone markers, avatar rings, responsive resizing, and readable panels while retaining the cheerful, polished, original tropical social-sandbox aesthetic.
