Make your own game

Mini Washware Lab was built by leon nestler with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Mini Washware Lab opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Mini Washware Lab

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a first-person 3D interactive simulation game titled “Mini Washware: Ultimate Testing Lab” (German-language interface). The player is a tester inside a dark, modern industrial laundry-machine laboratory and can walk around freely with WASD, look with the mouse, press E while aiming at a nearby machine to operate it, and press Escape to release the mouse / pause. Begin with a centered translucent dark tutorial card in German: “Willkommen im Testbereich”, explaining that the player tests twelve interactive washing machines, should approach one and press E, and showing WASD, Maus, E, and ESC controls plus a green “LABOR BETRETEN” button. After entering, show a small crosshair at screen center, a top-left HUD label “MINI WASHWARE ULTIMATE TESTING LAB”, and a bottom hint such as “WASD bewegen · Maus umsehen · E Maschine bedienen · ESC Maus lösen”.

Build the environment as a clean, stylized Three.js-like industrial room: blue-black background/fog, pale tiled floor with dark grid seams, light walls, bright rectangular ceiling LED panels, cool cyan accent lighting, soft shadows, and high-contrast glossy/metallic materials. Add a rear wall sign reading “WASHWARE TEST LAB” and section labels “TESTBEREICH”, “PROGRAMME”, and “MASCHINEN”. Include a left-side service/diagnostics counter labeled “SERVICE / DIAGNOSTIK”, shelving with small cyan/green detergent bottles, several laundry baskets, and a few industrial/service props in the background. Arrange twelve individual front-facing washing machines in a showroom grid, with ten on two rows toward the front and two farther back: each has a distinct body color and model label above it. The visible names are LAVORA SmartWash 8, LAVORA SmartWash 10, AQUAVEX EcoLine 7, AQUAVEX Turbo 9, NOVACLEAN Pro 10, NOVACLEAN Silent 8, WASHWARE TestUnit A, WASHWARE TestUnit B, WASHWARE XXL, WASHWARE Compact, WASHWARE TwinTest, and WASHWARE Industrial 18. Each machine should have a rectangular body, top control strip, small cyan display, rotary knob, blue indicator LED, metallic circular door ring, dark glass window, rubber seal, and a visible drum with several small colored clothes inside. Label them 01–12 and show their capacity in the control panel: capacities are 8, 10, 7, 9, 10, 8, 9, 12, 15, 5, 9, and 18 kg respectively.

When E is pressed near a machine, open a large right-side translucent dark-blue control panel. It must identify the selected model and show “Kapazität … kg · Test-ID WW-01” (number matching the machine). The panel’s simulated display shows the selected German program, current stage, temperature, spin speed, rinse count, remaining simulated minutes, water setting, a progress bar, motor status, and door status. The cycle is intentionally short and simulated; machine cycles can be started, paused, stopped/cancelled, and run at 1×, 2×, or 4× speed. Running machines animate their drums, light their status LED green, and lock the door; completed machines show “FERTIG” with a green LED; faults show a red LED and “WARNUNG”.

Provide exactly the program choices represented by the game: KURZ, BAUMWOLLE, XXL / GROSS, ECO, MIX, PFLEGELEICHT, FEINWÄSCHE, WOLLE, HYGIENE, BABY, SPORT, HANDTÜCHER, BETTWÄSCHE, NACHT / LEISE, SPÜLEN, SCHLEUDERN, ABPUMPEN, and SELBSTREINIGUNG. Each program has a short simulated duration and default temperature, spin speed, and rinse count. Allow the user to select temperature options KALT, 20°C, 30°C, 40°C, 60°C, and 90°C; spin speeds 0, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, and 1400 rpm; and rinse counts 0 through 4. Include toggle options VORWÄSCHE, EXTRA SPÜLEN, SCHNELL+, LEISE, INTENSIV, KNITTERSCHUTZ, WASSER PLUS, ZEITSPAREN, and EXTRA SCHMUTZ. Changing settings should update the simulated duration and display a small German toast notification such as “Einstellung geändert” or “Programm geladen: KURZ”.

Implement the cycle stages and displayed behavior: most programs progress through WASSER INLET, WASCHEN, ABPUMPEN, SPÜLEN, SCHLEUDERN, and FERTIG; SPÜLEN starts with WASSER INLET and then rinses and spins; SCHLEUDERN starts with a brief water-inlet stage then spins; ABPUMPEN remains in ABPUMPEN. Include the diagnostics section with buttons for WASSERZULAUF WARNUNG, ABLAUF WARNUNG, TÜR NICHT GESCHLOSSEN, UNWUCHT WARNUNG, MOTOR WARNUNG, and RESET FEHLER. Add RESET SETTINGS to restore each unit’s defaults, START / WEITER (or PAUSE while running), and STOPP / ABBRECHEN to reset the cycle to ready and clear faults. Show German toast feedback for starts, stops, resets, and errors. The side panel has a SCHLIESSEN button; closing it returns to first-person movement and restores mouse capture. Escape while no panel is open displays a centered “PAUSE” card saying the mouse is free and settings remain saved, with a “WEITERSPIELEN” button.

Use a polished dark sci-fi/industrial lab presentation: cool navy background, cyan-blue borders and highlights, green for start/healthy/completed, red for warnings, amber where appropriate, translucent glass panels, readable Segoe UI-style typography, subtle glow around the crosshair and indicators, and German labels throughout. Do not add unrelated gameplay, enemies, scoring, combat, inventory, or objectives beyond exploring the lab and configuring/testing these twelve washing machines.
