Make your own game

Lowpoly Guy was built by Ancient Chronicles with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Lowpoly Guy opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Lowpoly Guy

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a browser-based 3D character customization tool titled “Lowpoly Guy,” built with Three.js and no external model assets. Show an orbitable low-poly/anime-stylized humanoid centered in a dark 3D scene. The character should be assembled entirely from basic primitives and named as a reusable character model: a large rounded skin-colored head with a slightly cute anime scale, small cylindrical neck, tapered shirt torso, slim capsule-like upper arms and forearms, small box hands, long slim capsule-like legs divided into thighs and calves, a simple pants-colored pelvis, and small boxy shoes. Add a simple anime face on the front: two white spherical eyes with dark irises and tiny white highlights, a small skin-colored spherical nose, and a small dark reddish curved torus mouth. Add a dark hair cap covering the top of the head plus approximately ten small cone spikes around the top for a quick spiky hairstyle. Use toon/cel-shaded materials with a small nearest-filtered gradient map, soft hemisphere and directional lighting, cast shadows, and a dark circular ground plane with a subtle grid. Keep the visual environment dark navy/blue-black with fog and a soft radial-gradient-like presentation; the model should have a gentle idle animation consisting of very slow side-to-side body sway and subtle opposing arm movement.

Place a fixed translucent dark control panel near the upper-left corner, with rounded corners, light text, and the heading “Lowpoly Guy Builder.” Include exactly these controls: a Height range slider from 1.55 to 2.05, step 0.01, default 1.78, with a live numeric value; a Shoulders range slider from 0.32 to 0.58, step 0.01, default 0.44, with a live numeric value; four color inputs labeled Skin, Shirt, Pants, and Shoes, defaulting respectively to #d8a57b, #2f6fed, #22262f, and #3a2a1f; and two buttons, “Randomize” and “Export GLTF.” Updating either slider or any color must rebuild the character immediately and update the displayed numeric slider values. Height changes overall character proportions while preserving the stylized proportions: long legs, shorter torso, large head; shoulder width changes the shoulder, torso, arm, waist, and hip proportions within the slider range.

The Randomize button should choose a random height between about 1.62 and 2.00, a random shoulder width between about 0.36 and 0.54, one of several natural skin tones, pleasant random HSL-based shirt and pants colors, and set shoes to a dark brown (#2e241d), then rebuild the model. The Export GLTF button should export/download only the current character hierarchy as a non-binary, embedded-image GLTF named “lowpoly_guy.gltf,” excluding the ground, grid, lights, and camera. Provide orbit camera interaction: left mouse or touch drag rotates around the character, right mouse or two-finger drag pans, and mouse wheel or pinch zooms. Use damping, constrain the camera from going below the model, and frame the target around the character’s upper/middle body. The panel should include the hint text: “Tip: hit Export GLTF to download the model.” Ensure resizing preserves the full-screen canvas and camera aspect ratio.
