Make your own game

Knowledge Keep was built by Mohammad AbuZaid with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Knowledge Keep opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Knowledge Keep

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a playable 3D tower-defense game titled “Knowledge Keep // Slime Siege.” Use a dark navy knowledge-plains arena viewed from a fixed elevated orthographic/isometric camera, looking diagonally down at a rectangular battlefield. The scene should have a nearly black-blue background and fog, a large dark slate ground plane, and a straight broad blue-gray path crossing horizontally through the center from the left frontier to the Keep on the right. Add a thin glowing mint center line along the path. Place eight circular, low cylindrical glowing teal construction pads around the path, four above and four below it, arranged in two rows; pads should visibly change to a darker muted blue-gray when occupied. At the right end of the lane, place a faceted purple-violet cylindrical/octagonal structure labeled “KEEP,” representing the Knowledge Keep, with a subtle emissive glow. Use soft cool directional lighting, shadows, and an appealing polished low-poly/kit-like 3D style. Cute animated purple/blue slime-like monster models should enter from the far left, travel along the center lane through waypoints toward the Keep, bob/walk with animation, and disappear when defeated. If animated external models are unavailable, use a rounded stylized slime creature with dark eyes and small protrusions as a visual substitute.

Implement tower-defense gameplay. Start at wave 1, Keep integrity/lives 20, knowledge shards 120, and topic mastery 0%. After a short opening delay, begin a wave containing 4 + (wave number × 2) slimes, spawning roughly every 0.75 seconds. Slimes move from x=-7 toward x=7 along the central path; each has 3 health during waves 1–2 and 5 health afterward, with speed about 0.9 + 0.05 per wave. When a slime reaches the Keep, remove it and reduce Keep integrity by 1; at zero, stop gameplay and show a “Keep breached — refresh to retry” notification. When a slime is killed, award 8 knowledge shards and increase mastery by 1 percentage point, capped at 100. When a complete wave is cleared, advance the wave and award 20 shards.

Make each unoccupied glowing pad clickable/tappable. Clicking a pad opens a modal “Mastery checkpoint · Algebra” question: “Solve: 3x + 6 = 15. What is x?” Show four answer buttons: “x = 3” as the correct answer and “x = 7,” “x = 9,” and “x = 1” as incorrect choices. A correct response costs 35 knowledge shards, increases mastery by 10 percentage points capped at 100, places a knowledge turret on that pad, and displays a positive toast such as “Correct! Turret powered +10% mastery.” An incorrect response costs 10 shards (not below zero), does not place a turret, and displays “Not quite — review the equation and try again.” If the player has fewer than 35 shards when clicking an unoccupied pad, do not open the question and show “Need 35 knowledge shards.” Include a close button on the question modal.

Turrets should have a low-poly round base, a bright mint/teal crystal or cone, and a thin glowing ring around the base. Each turret automatically searches for the nearest living slime within approximately 4.4 world units and fires about once per second. Fire small glowing golden knowledge-bolt orbs that travel toward the target; on impact, deal about 1.2 damage and visually animate/rotate the turret crystal. Remove dead slimes and projectiles cleanly. Turrets should not require manual aiming.

Create a responsive HTML overlay HUD above the 3D canvas. At the top, show the large uppercase brand “KNOWLEDGE KEEP // SLIME SIEGE.” Beside/below it, show four dark translucent rounded stat cards with thin blue-gray borders: “WAVE [number]” with subtitle “frontier pressure,” “❤ [lives]” with subtitle “keep integrity,” “◆ [shards]” with subtitle “knowledge shards,” and “★ [mastery]%” with subtitle “topic mastery.” Keep these values live and update after kills, answers, breaches, and wave transitions. Show wave announcements as a centered rounded dark-blue toast/pill near the top, for example “Wave 1 incoming — defend the Keep.”

At the lower left, add a dark translucent rounded squad panel titled in mint uppercase “SQUAD ORION · COMPETITIVE TRACK.” Include two static rows, “Math Mavericks” with “1,240 XP” and a mint/blue progress bar around 72%, and “Science Sprinters” with “980 XP” and an orange/yellow progress bar around 56%. At the lower right, show a dark rounded instructional panel: “Click a glowing pad to place a turret. Answer questions to charge your defenses.” Highlight “pad” in gold. Use responsive sizing so the HUD remains usable on mobile; stack or wrap stat cards and make answer buttons a single column on narrow screens. Use a dark navy, slate, mint, teal, purple, gold, and soft white palette with rounded panels, subtle shadows, and high-contrast typography. The only direct player control should be clicking/tapping pads and selecting quiz answers; the camera remains fixed.
