Northstars vs Blades was built by apolorulz10 with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix Northstars vs Blades opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Recreate a browser-based 3D arcade ice-hockey game titled “Ice Breaker,” presented as a 1v1 match between the player and a CPU. Use a fixed tactical, slightly angled top-down camera looking down at the rink; keep the player near the lower half of the view and the camera subtly follow the player horizontally/vertically. The world should use Three.js-style lighting, a dark navy background with light fog, and a bright pale-blue/white ice surface. Build a rectangular hockey rink approximately 20 units wide by 32 units long. Surround it with low white boards. Add regulation-like markings: two thin blue lines across the ice at roughly the upper and lower thirds, a thin red center line, red faceoff circles near both ends, and a larger blue center circle. Put a blue goal at the far/north end and a red goal at the near/south end, each made from colored posts, crossbar, and back panel. The player’s objective is to protect the blue end while driving the puck into the red goal. Create two simple low-poly 3D skaters. The player starts near the south/lower side around the center x position and is colored blue; the CPU starts near the north/upper side and is colored red. Each skater has a colored capsule-like jersey/body, a white spherical face/head, a colored helmet, dark legs, and a small yellow hockey stick. Place a small black puck on the ice. At the start and after each goal, the puck is on the player’s stick near the player, with the player at the lower end and CPU at the upper end. Player movement is direct rink skating with WASD or arrow keys, constrained inside the boards. The mouse aims on the ice surface using a raycast, and the player faces the aim point while possessing the puck. Clicking the rink or pressing Space/Enter, or tapping the large SHOOT button, shoots the puck from the player toward the mouse aim point at high speed. Add puck friction, side-board bounces, and goal detection: if the puck crosses either end within the goal width, award a point to the corresponding side. The red CPU goal awards CPU a point; the red-end goal awards the player/blue side a point. A loose puck can be reclaimed by the player or CPU when close enough. If the puck slows almost completely, it returns to player possession. Add a PASS action on the P key or PASS button. When the player has the puck, send it loose in a fast direction generally away from the CPU with slight random variation. Add a DEKE action on Left Shift or the DEKE button, with a short cooldown, shifting the player laterally toward the aim side; visually tilt/wobble the player briefly during the deke. The CPU continuously skates toward the puck, or toward the red goal while it owns the puck. When the CPU possesses the puck and reaches the attacking side, it sometimes fires toward the player’s end. Include short-lived status messages such as “Shot on goal!”, “Quick pass!”, “Deke!”, “Puck secured.”, “CPU controls the puck.”, “CPU fires!”, and an idle status indicating whether the puck is on the player’s stick or the teams are battling for it. Use a clean dark HUD over the game. Center a rounded translucent dark top scoreboard with blue text “YOU 0” on the left, the centered label “ICE BREAKER · 1V1,” and red text “CPU 0” on the right. Under it show a small hint: “WASD / arrows to skate · mouse to aim · click or SHOOT · P pass · SHIFT deke”. Put the current status message in a small translucent panel at bottom left. Put touch-friendly controls at bottom right: a wide blue SHOOT button spanning the two-column button row, with green PASS and purple DEKE buttons underneath. Buttons have rounded corners, subtle borders/shadows, bold uppercase text, and pressed-state feedback. The match ends when either side reaches 3 goals. Show a centered blue PLAY AGAIN button on game over. The final status should distinguish a player win (“WINNER — blue line held!”) from a CPU win (“FINAL HORN — CPU takes it.”). Pressing PLAY AGAIN resets both scores and player/CPU/puck positions. Use bright blue and red team colors, pale ice, yellow sticks, simple geometric low-poly forms, soft shadows, bright directional/hemisphere lighting, and the navy game-space background visible beyond the rink. Ensure the layout works on desktop and smaller mobile screens, with the HUD buttons remaining usable on touch devices.
