Make your own game

Heart House was built by Kk Luna with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Heart House opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Heart House

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a playable first-person 3D house-exploration game titled “Heart House.” Use a low-poly, blocky Kenney-style aesthetic with soft pastel pink, cream, mauve, and dark-plum materials. The player has no visible body and moves through a small enclosed single-story house from a camera at about eye height (roughly 1.55 units), with a wide first-person perspective, soft shadows, pink ambient background/fog, a hemisphere light, and a strong warm directional light.

Build the house as a 16-by-16 cream-floored room enclosed by pale pink/white walls, with interior divider walls forming a bedroom on the left/back, a living room in the center, and a kitchen on the right/back. Include a south/front wall with a central door opening and mauve trim. Furnish the rooms with a bright pink rectangular living-room rug, a dark mauve block sofa, TV cabinet and dark television, a pale wood dining table with two cushioned chairs, a single bed and closed bookcase in the bedroom, pink kitchen counters, a glassy pale fridge, and simple blue-tinted windows. Place three collectible/eatable snacks: two red apples (one on a kitchen counter and one in the bedroom) and one loaf of bread on/near the dining table. Snacks should visibly float/bob and slowly rotate until eaten.

Add the NPC Mika near the back/right living-kitchen area. She is a blocky anime-inspired girl based on a simple block character, enhanced with bright pink hair, a pink heart-like bow, and a faint pink mood ring/halo. She idles while facing the player and can use idle, walk, sprint, affirmative/negative emote, and melee/attack-style animations when available. Mika starts friendly at her home position. The game’s central loop is to explore, speak kindly to Mika, eat all three snacks, and avoid making her angry or being caught.

Give the player exactly three hearts. Display three large pink heart icons in a rounded dark translucent panel at the top-left, changing lost hearts to empty hearts. Display a status panel beside it on desktop showing “Snacks eaten: 0/3 • Anger: 0/3,” or contextual messages such as that Mika is chasing. Add a persistent bottom dialogue panel labeled “Mika,” initially saying “Hi. I made snacks. Say something nice.” Include a text input with placeholder “Type what you want to say…” and a pink “Talk” button. Mika’s replies appear in this panel and are spoken through browser SpeechSynthesis with a high, friendly voice; use a somewhat faster, lower-pitched angry voice when she is angry.

Implement keyboard movement with WASD and arrow keys, Shift for faster movement, and mouse-look after clicking the canvas to lock the pointer. Clamp vertical look and prevent walking through walls, furniture, counters, and other box colliders. Support touch devices with a left virtual joystick for movement and drag-look on the canvas/right side; show pink “Eat” and “Use” buttons on mobile. Add a centered translucent pill hint: normally “WASD/drag to explore • E uses nearby things,” changing near interactables to “Press E or Eat to eat the snack,” “Front door: Press E if you dare,” or “Type below or press E to talk to Mika.”

Use a single interaction action: E / Use checks for the nearest uneaten snack within about 1.35 units, then a front door within about 1.5 units, then Mika within about 2.6 units. Eating hides the snack, increments snacks eaten, reduces anger by one, and speaks a short response such as “Good choice. Apples help the heart.” or “Bread makes the house feel safer.” Talking can also be submitted with Enter or the Talk button. If the input is empty Mika says “Say it out loud. I’m listening.” Detect rude terms such as hate, stupid, ugly, shut up, leave me, creepy, mad, kill, or attack and add 2 anger, replying “That was mean. You have three hearts for a reason. Start running.” Detect escape/door terms such as leave, door, outside, run away, escape, or exit and add 1 anger with a warning. Detect friendly terms such as hi, hello, nice, pretty, cute, friend, thanks, sorry, love your house, or snack and reduce anger by one, play an affirmative emote, and reply “Aww. That’s better. Eat a snack and stay a little longer.” Other messages receive one of several conversational replies that echo what the player said or mention snacks and the door.

Anger is capped conceptually by the chase threshold: when anger reaches 3, set Mika to angry mode, show “Mika is mad. She is chasing you.”, and have her sprint directly toward the player at roughly 1.65–2.85 units/second. Trying the front door always increases anger by one and gives escalating warnings (“I dare you. Try to leave again and I will get mad.”, “You really touched the door again. Run.”, then “No leaving. Not while I am watching.”), while also making Mika chase. Nice messages or eating snacks can calm her if anger drops below 3, returning her to friendly idle/walking behavior and anger zero. If Mika gets within about 0.9 units, remove one heart, briefly flash the screen, and speak a “Tag” message; enforce a short hit cooldown. At zero hearts set game over, stop normal play, leave the scene visible, and have Mika say “I caught you. Game over.” with the status “Game over. Refresh to try again.”

Keep the visual presentation consistent with the supplied screenshot: the foreground can show large blocky furniture close to the camera, with Mika visible in the room, a vivid hot-pink rug, pale cream floor, mauve walls/furniture, and rounded high-contrast pink-and-plum HUD elements. Ensure the game is genuinely playable both on desktop and mobile rather than a static scene.
