Recreate a browser-based 3D arcade racing game titled “Grid Thirty.” Use a Three.js-style WebGL scene with a third-person chase camera following a small race car around a large flat oval circuit. The camera should sit roughly 10 world units behind the player and 6.8 units above the ground, smoothly follow the car, and look toward the player; use a 58-degree perspective view, dark blue atmospheric fog, and a deep navy background/sky.

Build the environment as a simple stylized low-poly race track: a dark charcoal oval road about 10 units wide, with an elongated elliptical shape (roughly 34-unit radius along X and 22-unit radius along Z). Surround it with a broad dark green grass field and fill the inside of the oval with grass. Mark both the inner and outer edges of the road with thin glowing light-blue racing-line outlines. Place around 48 small red-and-white rectangular track markers around the outside edge. Light the scene with soft cool hemispheric light, a warm directional sun, and a blue fill light; enable shadows, soft shadow filtering, ambient fog, and a slightly cinematic tone-mapped look.

The player drives a cyan/bright light-blue race car, preferably using a compact race-car 3D model, with a simple fallback shape consisting of a colored rectangular body and a dark cockpit/top. Put the player at the starting area near the lower side of the oval, facing along the circuit. Add 29 autonomous opponent cars, for a total of 30 cars in the race. Give opponents varied red, yellow, blue, purple, green, and pink colors, distribute them around the oval in slightly different lanes, and have them continuously drive around the loop at modestly varied speeds with subtle speed oscillation. They should be visible as other cars on the circuit and count toward the player’s live position. This is presented as a mock synchronized multiplayer room, not actual networking: show the room as “RACE-30” and “30 synced.”

Implement direct arcade driving. Desktop keyboard controls: W or Up Arrow accelerates, S or Down Arrow applies reverse/braking deceleration, A or Left Arrow steers left, D or Right Arrow steers right, and Space activates a boost. Movement should have acceleration, friction, a capped normal speed, and a higher temporary boost cap; turning should become somewhat stronger with speed. Keep the car generally constrained to the track: when it moves outside the oval, reduce speed and gently pull/scale it back inward. The player’s position around the oval determines progress and the HUD should calculate a live ordinal place by comparing progress plus completed laps with the 29 opponents. Use a three-lap race display (initially 1/3); track speed should be shown as an integer derived from the arcade speed value (initially 0 km/h). There need not be a finish screen or weapons, powerups, collisions, damage, or AI rubber-banding—focus on driving around the oval.

Create a translucent dark glass HUD over the 3D view with rounded corners and thin white borders. At the top, spanning nearly the full width, show the cyan uppercase brand “GRID THIRTY,” subtitle “30-car sprint • mock server room,” and right-aligned live stats: ordinal position (initially “1st”), lap (“1/3”), and speed (“0” with “km/h” beneath). At bottom left show a help panel reading “Drive with WASD / arrows. Space boosts. Stay on the blue racing line.” At bottom right show “Room RACE-30 · 30 synced,” with RACE-30 highlighted warm yellow. On touch-sized screens, show circular translucent controls along the bottom: a left arrow button, a right arrow button, and a small sparkle/boost button between the pedals; these should support press-and-hold steering and boosting. Hide the touch controls on wider desktop screens. Keep the overall visual language minimal, dark, futuristic, and clean, with cyan race markings and HUD accents contrasted against the navy/green environment.
