Make your own game

Footballer Life was built by Ahmed Abdel Mordi with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Footballer Life opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Footballer Life

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a browser-based football career/life simulator called “Footballer Life.” Use a stylized 3D football pitch as a full-screen backdrop: a dark green rectangular field with pale center lines and center circle, simple goals at both ends, dark blue stadium stands around it, subtle fog/lighting, and a very slow camera drift. Add simple low-detail 3D match actors on the field: a light-blue player, a red opponent, and a white ball. During match actions, animate the ball toward goal for a shot, across the field for a pass, or animate the player lunging toward the opponent for a tackle. Put a clean, dark translucent glass-like 2D HUD over the scene, with light text, rounded cards, compact uppercase section headings, and responsive desktop/mobile layout.

The game is a day-by-day, 12-week season management loop. Start with player name “Rookie,” Day 1, Week 1, and a Training Day. Display a Player panel with Rename control and these stats: Shooting 55, Passing 55, Fitness 55, Form 52, Energy 78, Injury Risk 18. Also show Money
50 and Fans 1200. Display a Season panel with Weeks, Matches, Goals, Assists, Avg Rating, Best, Worst, and injury status. Show a scrolling event log beginning with “Welcome. Train hard, stay healthy, and show up on match day.” Persist career state in local storage, and include Save and Reset controls. Rename should accept a player name up to 18 characters. On ordinary days show a “Today’s Choice” card with a two-column grid of clickable activities and an End Day button. Activities and actual effects are: Train Shooting: spend 14 energy, increase shooting by a random 1.2–2.4, increase form by 0.8–1.6, increase injury risk by 8; Train Passing: spend 12 energy, increase passing by 1.2–2.4, form by 0.8–1.6, risk by 7; Train Fitness: spend 10 energy, increase fitness by 1.1–2.1, form by 0.3–1.0, risk by 6; Rest Day: gain 18 energy, reduce risk by 10, slightly reduce form by 0.3–1.2; Media Day: spend 10 energy, gain 80–220 fans plus twice current form, and swing form randomly between -2.0 and +2.3; Physio costs
20, reduces risk by 18 and restores 12 energy, but is unavailable without enough money. Clamp stats to 0–100. After an activity, the player still presses End Day to advance. Ending a normal day restores energy by an amount interpolated from 7 to 12 based on fitness, reduces injury risk by about 3.2, and drifts form 6% toward 50. Include random events: possible injury based on high risk and low energy, lasting 1–3 days; a small sponsor bonus of $80–
20; or a confidence increase/decrease that changes form. While injured, only Rest and Physio are available, and the log indicates recovery. Match day blocks normal activities. Every seventh day (days 7, 14, 21, etc.) is Match Day. Show a Match Day card with an Enter Match button, League Match opponent label, and Energy/Risk condition. Entering opens the interactive match mini-game. The mini-game gives exactly three plays. Present buttons Shot (1), Pass (2), Tackle (3), and Sim Match. Show a horizontal timing bar with a moving white cursor and a green target zone that is randomized for every play. The target is narrower for shots (roughly 10–16%), medium for passes (13–19%), and wider for tackles (16–22%). The cursor bounces continuously from edge to edge; its speed is roughly 0.95–1.55 depending on form. The player selects a play with mouse/touch or keys 1/2/3, then confirms timing with Space or by clicking the selected action. Timing inside the green zone yields a Good or Perfect result based on closeness to its center; outside yields Miss. Each play adds a score based on the selected action and relevant Shooting, Passing, Fitness, Form, and Energy, and triggers the corresponding simple 3D animation. Show recent play results in a monospace match status log. Sim Match bypasses timing and calculates performance from the player’s stats with a small random variation. After three plays, convert average score to a match rating approximately from 4.8 to 9.2, with small randomness. Use rating and stats to calculate chances of goals and assists, including a chance of two goals; reward fans and money based on rating and goals/assists. Add match fans and pay to resources, spend 18 energy, increase risk by 8, and adjust form based on rating. Check for post-match injury, especially with low energy/high risk, lasting 1–4 days. Add a detailed result to the event log and show final rating, goals, assists, fans, money, and injury if applicable. Advance to the next day after the match and save. After Week 12 is complete, hide ordinary actions and show a Season Complete card summarizing player, matches, goals, assists, average/best/worst rating, fans, and money, with a Start New Season button. Starting a new season keeps the player name, carries shooting/passing/fitness with a small +1.2 boost, resets form/energy/risk to 55/78/18, carries 85% of money plus
00 and 95% of fans plus 300, and resets season totals and time. Use simple Tone.js synth beeps for UI, success, and failure feedback, initializing audio after the first click or key press. Keep the interface functional with clear disabled states, toast notifications, hover/press feedback, and readable responsive cards.
