Make your own game

Flash Fighter was built by Kylow Chan with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Flash Fighter opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a portrait-friendly, mobile-first 3D timing fighting game titled “FLASH FIGHTER.” Render a Three.js-style arena scene behind a fixed HUD: a dark blue-black background with fog, soft ambient/key/rim lighting, and a circular dark mauve-gray fighting floor. Surround the arena with four metal corner posts and three red horizontal torus-like ring ropes. Add a subtle pulsing cyan circular glow line on the floor. Place two animated humanoid 3D fighters opposite each other near the center, about 3.4 units apart: the player on the left wearing a casual male character model, facing right, and the rival on the right wearing a blue soldier male model, facing left. Use idle, punch, roll, receive-hit, death, and victory animations where available. Add brief particle bursts at the defender on impact, slight knockback, and a small camera shake/punch on successful attacks; keep a gentle idle camera sway.

The core mechanic is a turn-based reaction brawl. A match begins with an overlay explaining: two fighters take turns; on the player’s turn, after a random delay, the player’s fighter briefly flashes bright white. The player must tap the large bottom-center circular control exactly during the white flash. The same interaction should work with Space or Enter on desktop. A successful tap lands an attack, shows “HIT!”, plays a punch animation, deals randomized damage around 18–25 HP, creates a red impact particle burst, and advances to the rival’s turn after the brief resolution. Tapping outside the active flash is a miss: show “MISS!”, reset the player combo, play a roll, and advance after a short delay. If the player fails to tap before the flash ends, show “TOO SLOW!”, reset the combo, play a receive-hit animation, and advance. The player flash window lasts roughly 0.42 seconds in round one and becomes slightly longer in later rounds; the flash begins after a random 0.7–2.6 second wait.

During the rival’s turn, use the same delayed flash timing but have the AI automatically react at a random point between approximately 40% and 85% of its 0.55-second flash window, so it usually attacks successfully but can occasionally miss. The rival’s fighter flashes white, while the bottom control changes to red styling, reads “FOE,” and visibly pulses during its flash. A rival hit shows “HIT!”, damages the player, and uses the same punch/impact/knockback behavior; an AI miss shows “FOE MISSES!” and rolls. Turns alternate after each resolved action. The first turn of round one belongs to the player; after each round, the loser gets the first turn of the next round.

Each fighter starts every round with 100 HP. Display two top health bars: YOU on the upper left with a cyan-to-light-blue fill, and RIVAL on the upper right with a red-to-pink fill. Put three small gold heart/round markers under each bar; when a fighter loses a round, remove one marker by making it transparent/dim. A normal successful attack increments the attacker’s consecutive-hit combo. After three clean attacks in a row, trigger a “FLASH COMBO!” special: deal instant 999 damage/KO, reset that combo, use a gold particle burst, and show the player’s subtle bottom hint “FLASH COMBO READY / next clean hit = instant KO” once the player has reached two consecutive hits. A miss resets that attacker’s combo.

At the top center, show a pixel-arcade styled outlined turn bubble. During player control it reads “ROUND N — YOUR TURN” in cyan; during the opponent turn it reads “ROUND N — RIVAL’S TURN” in pale red; between states it can simply read “ROUND N.” At the start of each round, briefly show large centered “ROUND N.” Use centered feedback text around the middle of the screen: white for round/start messages, cyan/white for success, and red for “MISS!” or “TOO SLOW!”; use “FLASH COMBO!” for the special. At the bottom center place a large 180px circular tap target with a white outline, translucent black interior, and text states WAIT, TAP!, FOE, or END. On a player turn it reads TAP!; it scales up and turns solid white with black text during the active flash. On an opponent turn it has a red outline/text and turns red during the opponent flash. Below it, show the small gray instruction “Tap when your fighter flashes white.” Make the HUD use a compact pixel font similar to Press Start 2P, with crisp arcade colors, thin bright outlines, and an otherwise minimal black/dark presentation.

A full-screen initial overlay should dim the scene and show the title FLASH FIGHTER with cyan glow, explanatory text, and a cyan outlined FIGHT button. The instructions should mention the turn-based white-flash timing, three consecutive hits causing an instant FLASH COMBO, and the round-based objective. When one fighter’s three heart markers are gone, show a full-screen result overlay: “YOU WIN!” in glowing gold or “YOU LOSE” in glowing red, explanatory text, optionally “★ Finished with a FLASH COMBO ★” for a winning special KO, and a FIGHT AGAIN button that resets both fighters, HP, combos, hearts, and the match to round one. Keep the presentation portrait/mobile friendly, prevent page scrolling, and make the tap target pointer/touch-safe.
