Fivefold Quest was built by demy with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix Fivefold Quest opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Create a responsive browser-based interactive text RPG titled “Fivefold Quest.” It is a five-chapter, choice-driven fantasy journey rather than an action game: the player reads a scene and selects one of three large buttons, with resources changing and the story advancing. Use a dark, atmospheric glass-panel interface: near-black navy/purple gradient background with soft cyan and gold radial glows, translucent charcoal panels, thin white borders, rounded corners, subtle blur and heavy shadows. Use Inter for UI/body text and an elegant Cinzel/Georgia-style serif for the game title and scene headings. Keep the layout centered at about 980px wide with a top header, a four-cell stats strip, a large story card, and an Adventure Log below; make it mobile responsive with a two-by-two stats grid and full-width touch-friendly choices. The header says “Text RPG,” “Fivefold Quest,” and has a gold outlined pill-shaped Restart button. Stats must show Chapter (1 / 5 through 5 / 5), Health, Gold, and Relics; initial values are health 20, gold 8, relics 0. Health is clamped from 0 to 24, gold and relics cannot go below zero; color health green at 18+, red at 7 or below. Implement these exact five scenes and choices. Chapter 1, “The Rain Gate”: narrative paragraphs: “Rain hammers the old city gate. Beyond it lies the Crown Road, a route no scout has returned from in a month.” and “You carry a dented blade, eight gold coins, and a letter marked with the king's broken seal. A guard lowers his lantern and asks how you plan to pass.” Choices: (1) “Pay the guard for a quiet exit” with hint “-4 gold, safer,” effects gold -4 and health +1, result “The guard pockets the coins and opens a servant door. You leave without waking the things that watch the main road.” log “Bought a secret path through the Rain Gate.” (2) “Climb the wall in the storm” hint “-3 health, +1 relic,” effects health -3 and relics +1, result “The stones are slick, but halfway up you find a silver raven charm wedged in the mortar. You drop hard on the far side, bruised but richer in luck.” log “Scaled the Rain Gate and found a raven charm.” (3) “Challenge the guard to a riddle duel” hint “+2 gold,” effects gold +2, result “He laughs, loses three riddles in a row, and pays you two coins for the entertainment before waving you through.” log “Won a riddle duel at the gate.” Chapter 2, “The Orchard of Glass”: text “At dawn you reach an orchard where every apple is clear as ice. The branches chime in the wind like tiny bells.” and “A fox with moon-bright eyes speaks from beneath a tree: 'Take what you need, traveler. But everything here remembers.'” Choices: “Eat a glass apple” hint “+5 health,” health +5, result “The apple melts into warm light. Old cuts close, your breath steadies, and the fox nods like you passed a test.” log “Ate a healing apple in the glass orchard.”; “Pick apples to sell later” hint “+6 gold, -1 health,” gold +6 and health -1, result “You fill your pouch with chiming fruit. A thorn bites your thumb, and the trees whisper your name as you leave.” log “Gathered glass apples for trade.”; “Give the fox your bread” hint “+1 relic,” relics +1, result “The fox devours the bread and leaves behind a tiny bone key. 'For the door that has no lock,' it says.” log “Fed the moon fox and received a bone key.” Chapter 3, “The Bridge of Crows”: text “The Crown Road breaks at a black ravine. A bridge of rope and cracked boards sways over a fog so deep it seems to breathe.” and “Crows line the ropes. One wears a brass ring around its neck and croaks: 'Toll, trick, or trial?'” Choices: “Pay the crow toll” hint “-3 gold,” gold -3, result “The ringed crow takes your coins one by one. The flock holds the bridge still until you cross.” log “Paid the crow toll at the ravine.”; “Sprint across before the wind rises” hint “-4 health,” health -4, result “Boards snap behind your boots. You make the far cliff with splinters in your palms and your heart punching your ribs.” log “Ran the Bridge of Crows.”; “Use a relic to bargain with the flock” hint “needs relic,” requires at least 1 relic, on success relics -1 and health +2, result “You lift a relic. The crows bow as if to an old crown, then carry you across in a storm of wings.” log “Spent a relic to win the crows' respect.” If lacking a relic, apply health -2, show “You reach for a relic you do not have. The crows laugh until the bridge shakes.” and log “Failed: Use a relic to bargain with the flock.” Chapter 4, “The Candle Mine”: text “Night finds you at a mine entrance lit by candles that burn blue underground. The king's letter grows hot in your pocket.” and “Inside, miners made of smoke swing pickaxes at invisible stone. They do not look up, but they leave three paths open.” Choices: “Follow the blue candles” hint “+1 relic, -2 health,” relics +1 and health -2, result “The candles lead to a shrine of salt. You take a black ember relic, though the cold steals feeling from your fingers.” log “Claimed a black ember in the Candle Mine.”; “Help the smoke miners” hint “+5 gold,” gold +5, result “You swing beside them until the walls ring. At dawn, five real coins wait where your shadow was standing.” log “Worked beside the smoke miners.”; “Read the king's sealed letter aloud” hint “risky magic,” health -1, gold +2, relics +1, result “The words burn blue in the air: 'Wake the lost road.' A hidden tunnel opens, coughing up two coins and a crown-shaped shard.” log “Read the sealed letter and opened the lost road.” Chapter 5, “The Hollow Throne”: text “At the mountain's heart sits a throne carved from a single white tree. No king waits there — only a shadow wearing a crown of thorns.” and “It offers one final bargain: power, mercy, or the truth. Your whole journey weighs on the room.” Choices: “Fight the crowned shadow” hint “needs 10 health,” requires health >=10; on success health -8 and gold +10, result “You break the thorn crown with your blade. Dawn floods the hall, and the kingdom's missing gold spills from the roots.” ending “Victory Ending — The road is open, and bards will argue about your bravery for a century.” log “Chose battle at the Hollow Throne.” If health is below 10, apply no listed success effect, instead show “You strike first, but your wounds slow you. The shadow knocks you down and the throne room fades.” and finish with “Fallen Ending — The kingdom remembers that you reached the throne, even if you could not break it.”; “Offer three relics to heal the land” hint “needs 3 relics,” requires relics >=3; success relics -3 and health +5, result “Your relics rise like stars. The shadow becomes a tired old king, thanks you, and turns into rain over the fields below.” ending “Mercy Ending — The curse ends without another crown being broken.” log “Tried to heal the land with relics.” If lacking relics, apply health -3, show “You do not have enough relics. The throne drinks the light from your hands.” and do not finish unless health reaches zero; “Ask the shadow for the truth” hint “story ending,” no resource effect, result “The shadow shows you the king's last secret: the road was cursed to keep a greater monster sleeping beneath it.” ending “Truth Ending — You seal the road again, not as a servant of the crown, but as its guardian.” log “Asked for the truth at the Hollow Throne.” After every successful non-ending choice, advance to the next chapter. If health reaches 0 at any time before another ending, finish with “Lost Ending — Your quest ends on the Crown Road, but your story becomes a warning to the next traveler.” The final screen changes the chapter label to “Finale,” title to “Your Ending,” shows the result in blue (or red if health is zero), the ending in gold, and “Final score: [score] points. You ended with [health] health, [gold] gold, and [relics] relics.” Score is health*5 + gold*3 + relics*12 + chapterIndex*20, where chapterIndex is zero-based current chapter, plus 50 when finished. Replace choices with a “Begin the quest again” restart button. Keep an Adventure Log panel with an ordered list, initially “Your first choice will appear here,” and prepend each action log, showing at most the latest eight. Include a persistent Restart control that resets all state to chapter 1, health 20, gold 8, relics 0. Use pointer/touch-friendly buttons with hover/focus gold highlighting and pressed feedback. Do not add combat screens, maps, inventory screens, animations, audio, or features beyond this text-and-choice presentation.
