Five Monkey Guardians was built by Rubbaneshan Kaliappen with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix Five Monkey Guardians opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Rebuild a browser-based 3D third-person action exploration game titled “Five Monkey Guardians.” Use Three.js-style real-time 3D with a dark, cinematic mythical realm: a large flat brown/near-black terrain plane, fog, soft moonlit/warm directional lighting, shadows, scattered low-poly rocks, about ten trees around the perimeter, and an ancient fantasy temple near the center/back at approximately (0, 0, -18). Keep the atmosphere subdued and dark, with warm amber accents around the temple. Use a third-person camera positioned roughly 7.5 units behind the player, mouse-controlled look, perspective view, and WASD movement with jump/gravity support. The player begins near the temple at world position (0, 0, 8), represented by a humanoid warrior character with idle, walk/run, and attack animation when assets are available; use a simple capsule-like placeholder until the character loads. Attach a spear-like weapon as a staff/macuahuitl proxy in the player’s hand. The player has 100 maximum health and can move freely around the realm. The central mechanic is switching among five playable guardian identities, each changing the weapon tint, HUD identity, and attack effect. Start as Sun Wukong (guardian index 3 / key 3), shown with golden-yellow styling and “Ruyi Jingu Bang - Changing Staff.” The five switchable guardians are: Mazohatli, orange, “Solar Macuahuitl - Shockwaves & Shield,” using expanding orange ground rings; Pangu, blue, “Heaven-Splitting Axe - Cosmic Waves,” using a blue cone/wave projectile-like effect; Sun Wukong, gold, “Ruyi Jingu Bang - Changing Staff,” using a glowing expanding golden sphere and briefly enlarging the weapon; Hanuman, green, “Divine Gada - Wind & Ground,” using a translucent expanding green tapered/cylindrical wind effect; and Hades, purple, “Underworld Bident - Shadow Portals,” using an expanding purple shadow sphere and, for the special, a temporary dark purple cylindrical barrier around the player. Allow switching with number keys 1–5 and with five bottom HUD buttons. A normal attack is triggered by click or Space; it has roughly a 0.65-second cooldown, reaches enemies within about 4.2 units, deals around 22–30 damage, and creates the guardian-specific visual effect. Mazohatli and Pangu also apply extra damage in a larger nearby radius. The E key triggers the current guardian’s special ability on roughly a 2.8-second cooldown, with a stronger hit around 5.5 units (7 for Hades), normally 32 damage and 38 for Hades. Show floating red damage numbers over hit targets and use simple attack, hit, collect, and special oscillator sounds. Populate the realm with five initial cute animated demon enemies at positions approximately (-25,8), (26,-6), (-8,-22), (7,25), and (-29,-15). Each normal demon has 48 health, approaches the player when between 2.2 and 38 units, faces the player, uses idle/walk animation when possible, and attacks at under 3.3 units about once every 1.1 seconds for 13 damage. Enemies should be able to kill the player; on health reaching zero, stop normal play and set the quest message to “The guardians fall... Reload to try again.” After 18 seconds, if fewer than six enemies exist, spawn one larger demon mini-boss. Defeated enemies should disappear after a short death animation. Display the live enemies-remaining count in the HUD. Place three collectible sacred crystal relics at approximately (14,-11), (-16,14), and (22,17). Make them visible glowing/crystal-like 3D objects, and collect one automatically when the player comes within about 2.6 units. Increment the relic counter and play a chime. The objective starts as “Awaken the Five Monkey Guardians. Collect the 3 sacred relics.” (It may transition after the opening delay to “The Five Monkey Guardians stir. Collect the relics before the shadow rises.”). When all three relics are collected, change the quest to “The relics merge... The ancient threat awakens! Defeat Papiyas!” and spawn a large boss demon near the player (about 18 units x and 12 units z offset) plus two additional normal demons at approximate offsets (-14,+9) and (+9,-16). The boss has about 165 health, is scaled larger, moves at about 4.2 units/sec, and attacks for 22 damage; ordinary demons move at about 6.8 units/sec. Create a fixed HTML/CSS HUD over the canvas in a dark brown translucent panel style with thin brown-gold borders and serif typography. Top-left: current guardian name in large gold text, its colored description, an orange gradient health bar about 220x14 pixels, and “100 / 100” style health text. Top-right: “Sacred Relics: 0 / 3,” the current quest/objective sentence, and “Enemies remaining: N.” Bottom-center: a panel with the exact control hint “WASD: Move | Mouse: Look | Click / Space: Attack | 1-5: Switch Guardian | E: Special Ability,” followed by buttons labeled “Mazohatli (Solar),” “Pangu (Cosmic),” “Sun Wukong (Staff),” “Hanuman (Wind),” and “Hades (Shadow),” with the current button highlighted. Use pointer lock when clicking the canvas for mouse look, prevent context menu and use right-click as another way to trigger the special. The visual target is a nearly black, moody fantasy scene where the dark temple silhouette, player/enemies, warm HUD, colored attacks, and gold/orange UI accents stand out clearly.
