Diamond Duel was built by brydenbarrera13 with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix Diamond Duel opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Create a browser-based 3D arcade baseball game titled “Diamond Duel: Nine Inning Showdown.” Use a fixed, slightly elevated perspective from behind home plate looking toward center field, with a wide 52-degree-like view of a stylized low-poly baseball diamond. The scene should have a dark navy background and foggy stadium atmosphere, vivid green circular grass outfield, a brown pitcher’s mound, white five-sided home plate, white chalk foul lines, three white bases, dark teal outfield wall, tall dark foul poles, and a few simple stadium banner props and a trophy prop near the right side. Light the field with bright warm directional light, soft shadows, and cool rim lighting. Show a white baseball with a visible red seam traveling between pitcher and batter, and a wooden bat beside home plate. Use animated low-poly humanoid 3D characters: the selected team’s character is the batter and base runners, and the opponent’s character is the pitcher. Team choices are Trojans (red/gold warrior styling), Cowboys (blue/gold cowboy styling), and Kings (red/gold styling with a simple crown added to the character). Do not add unshown teams or gameplay systems. At startup, display a centered translucent dark selection panel over the game. It says “CHOOSE YOUR TEAM,” “Choose how to play,” and offers two mode buttons: “🤖 Play vs CPU” and “👥 2 Player Mode.” After selecting a mode, enable three team buttons: “⚔️ Trojans,” “🤠 Cowboys,” and “👑 Kings.” Show a loading/status line while team character assets load, then “Now choose your team.” Selecting a team starts the game, hides the selection panel, and shows the matchup in the HUD (for example, “Trojans vs Cowboys • CPU” or “Trojans vs Cowboys • 2 Player”). The game is a nine-inning baseball timing duel. Play the top half first, then the bottom half; each half ends after three outs. The player bats in every top half. A pitch begins from the far pitcher’s mound and travels toward the batter/home plate. The player must press the large bottom-center swing button, or the Space bar, when the ball reaches the plate. Timing and horizontal position determine contact quality: good contact produces a single, double, triple, or home run, with the best timing producing the strongest outcomes. On a successful hit, launch the ball into the outfield with a visible parabolic flight, animate the batter’s swing, advance runners, illuminate occupied bases gold, and award runs when runners score. Singles place the batter on first and advance existing runners; doubles place the batter on second; triples place the batter on third; home runs score the batter and all occupied runners and clear the bases. Poor timing causes a swing-and-miss, increments strikes, and after three strikes records an out. If the pitch passes the plate without a swing, record a called strike; reset the count after an out. Automatically proceed to the next pitch after a short result pause, and change sides after three outs. The game ends after nine completed innings and displays the final run total with a “GAME OVER” button and a RESTART control. In Play vs CPU mode, during the bottom half the opponent bats automatically while the human controls pitching. The bottom-half button is labeled “PITCH”; press it or use Space once for a fastball or tap twice for a curveball. A fastball travels straight and faster; a curveball travels slightly slower and visibly curves sideways. The CPU attempts an automatic swing as the pitch reaches the plate, with a chance to miss or hit a single, double, or home run. Animate the opponent’s batting action and ball flight. In 2 Player Mode, the top half is P1 batting and the bottom half is P2 batting: P1 uses W or the button to swing, while P1 uses W to pitch in the bottom half and P2 uses Up Arrow or Space to pitch and/or swing as appropriate. Clearly update the instruction hint according to the current half and mode. Keep the gameplay focused on one timed action per pitch; do not add fielding, base-stealing, menus, power-ups, or extra baseball rules that are not described. HUD layout: fixed UI overlays the 3D canvas. In the upper left, show a translucent rounded dark panel with gold uppercase “DIAMOND DUEL,” large white “Nine Inning Showdown,” and a smaller matchup/status line. In the upper right, show another translucent panel with four stats: large run score, count in balls-strikes format such as “0-0,” half indicator such as “T1” or “B1,” and outs, each with a small uppercase label (“RUNS,” “COUNT,” “HALF,” “OUTS”). Near the top center, show a translucent message panel for pitch/result feedback such as “Waiting for the pitch…,” “Fastball over the plate…,” “NOW!,” “SINGLE — batter on first,” or “Three outs — bottom of the 1st coming up.” Near the bottom center, show a large rounded orange-to-yellow gradient button labeled contextually “P1 SWING,” “P2 SWING,” or “PITCH,” with a small hint above it describing the keyboard controls and runner locations. On game over, replace the action text with “GAME OVER” and reveal a dark RESTART button. Use responsive sizing for mobile, preserve the uncluttered field view, rounded translucent panels, bold sans-serif typography, gold accent color, and high-contrast white text. Make all buttons pointer/touch accessible as well as keyboard-controlled.
