Circus Escape was built by Hudson with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.
Remix Circus Escape opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.
Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.
Create a fast 3D endless circus runner titled “Circus Escape.” Use a third-person, slightly elevated perspective looking down a three-lane track that recedes toward the horizon inside a surreal purple-magenta circus tent. The player character is an original toy-like performer centered near the bottom of the view: a rounded golden-yellow capsule body, small pale face with two dark eyes, and a bright pink cone/jester-style hat. The character automatically runs forward while the track and scenery move toward the camera. Build the track from repeating dark purple rectangular floor segments, approximately three lanes wide, with glowing hot-pink horizontal stripes crossing the track at intervals. Place rows of tall cream/gold circus poles along both sides; each pole has a glowing bulb at the top, with cyan bulbs on the left and pink bulbs on the right. Surround the course with a dark violet cylindrical tent interior and a conical purple ceiling. Use soft shadows, fog, emissive materials, neon carnival lighting, and a toy-like low-poly aesthetic. The background should pulse subtly between deep purple shades. Core gameplay: the runner begins with score 0, stage 1, and 3 lives. The character has three discrete lanes and smoothly slides between them. Keyboard controls are A/D or Left/Right to move one lane at a time; W, Up Arrow, or Space makes the character jump; P pauses. Also provide three large circular mobile controls at the bottom center: left arrow, jump/up arrow, and right arrow. Prevent repeated lane skipping from holding a direction. The character can jump over obstacles, with gravity returning them to the track. Continuously spawn obstacles ahead on random lanes and move them toward the player as the runner advances. Use two abstract glitch-monster obstacle designs only: (1) a floating cyan-blue cubic beast with pink horns, and (2) an orange circular jaw/ring lined with pale teeth. They occupy a lane and are dangerous when close to the player unless the player is jumping high enough. A collision removes one life, flashes the scene pink/dark red briefly, makes a burst of pink particles, and grants about 1.3 seconds of invulnerability with blinking visibility. When an obstacle passes behind the player, award 2 points. Continuously spawn collectible golden-yellow star shards (glowing rotating octahedrons) in random lanes at varying heights. Collect one when the player is in the same lane and close vertically and longitudinally; award 10 points and emit a small burst of golden particles. Missed shards disappear after passing the player. Add rotating/moving animation to obstacles and shards, and small sparkle particle bursts for collisions and collections. Increase challenge by tracking distance: start speed at 14 and increase it by 1.5 whenever the stage advances; advance one stage every 130 distance units. Reduce obstacle and shard spawn intervals slightly at higher stages, with a minimum interval so the game becomes progressively faster but remains playable. Keep the track and side poles looping seamlessly as they pass the camera. The camera should gently follow the player’s horizontal lane movement while maintaining the forward-facing elevated view. Add a fixed HTML-style HUD over the canvas. At the top center show three dark translucent rounded pills with pink borders labeled “Score” with the current value, “Stage” with the current stage, and “Lives” with the current lives. On initial load show a centered translucent dark-purple panel with a pink border titled “Circus Escape,” explanatory text such as “Survive the surreal big top. Slide between lanes, grab star shards, dodge glitch beasts,” and the controls, plus a gold/orange “Start Show” button. Starting resets score, stage, lives, speed, position, objects, and track. When paused, show a gold rounded “Paused” badge near the top. When all lives are lost, stop gameplay and show a centered “Show Over” panel with the final score and a “Play Again” button; allow R to restart. Use responsive layout and preserve the mobile touch controls.
