Blackwood Full Game was built by Waylen Whitmire with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Blackwood Full Game opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Blackwood Full Game

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a first-person horror survival game set in a dark forest called "Lost Child: Blackwood".

**Perspective & Camera:** First-person 3D with full WebXR VR support. Desktop uses mouse-look, mobile has on-screen joystick controls, VR uses headset tracking with left stick locomotion and right stick turning.

**Setting & Atmosphere:** Dark low-poly forest with heavy fog (exponential fog density ~0.028), cold moonlight from a directional light, and a single warm floodlight "safe zone" near the spawn point at coordinates (0, 1.2, 8). The ground is a deformed plane with ridges, ditches, and a darker dirt path running down the center. Scatter 50+ low-poly trees (mix of living and dead trees), rocks, and semi-transparent fog cards throughout the woods. Background is very dark blue-black (0x020305), fog is blue-grey. Use ACES Filmic tone mapping at 0.78 exposure.

**Story & Objective:** You play as a sheriff responding to a missing child report near Blackwood Forest. The game starts with a cinematic intro showing: you asleep in bed, a radio call waking you, grabbing your sheriff hat, driving through the night, then arriving at the forest. After the cutscene, the main objective displays: "Search the woods for the missing child." The HUD shows objectives, hints, and collected "Blackwood Marks" currency at the top.

**Core Mechanics - Clue Discovery:** The player must find 4 sequential clues along the forest trail:
1. **Sheriff Hat** (at z=-24): A brown cowboy-style hat with golden band lying in dirt, glowing with warm point light
2. **Child Shoe** (at z=-53): A red sneaker with white sock, glowing with pink-red light
3. **Coco the Dog** (at z=-71): A dead dog with golden collar and name tag, lying in blood puddles, red glow
4. **Severed Arm** (at z=-92): A zombie arm in large blood pools, bright red light - THIS TRIGGERS THE CHASE

Each clue is detected when player is within ~3.5 units, shows "Inspect: [name]" prompt, and is discovered by pressing E / on-screen Inspect button / VR trigger. Discovery causes screen flash, updates objective, plays audio cues, and unlocks achievements.

**Chase Phase:** When the arm clue is discovered, after 1.2 seconds a horror stinger plays, screen flashes white (0.95 opacity), and a masked killer spawns behind the player. The killer is a tall character wearing a terrifying smile mask (painted white mask with black eye holes, red pupils, wide black grin with red interior and drawn teeth, weathered texture). The killer holds an axe and runs toward the player at 5.65 speed, playing a running animation. Objective changes to "RUN — get back to the floodlight." Player must sprint back to the safe zone before being caught. If caught: death screen "The smile found you" and restart option. If escaped: survival ending unlocks showing "You made it back alive."

**Post-Chase Content:** After escaping to the floodlight, 5 lore pages spawn hidden around the forest (each is a glowing paper with tan point light). Finding all 5 reveals a hidden wall near the floodlight (grey panel that slides open). Behind it are basement stairs leading to Chapter 2.

**Chapter 2 - Basement:** A concrete basement level far from the forest (teleports player to z=130 area) with flickering warm lights, concrete walls/floor, rust pipes, blood puddles. Contains 3 discoverable items:
1. **Park Sign** reading "BLACKWOOD PARK EST. 1999 - CLOSED DO NOT ENTER" with rust and green paint
2. **Case File** on wooden table - dusty folder from March 1999 with photo
3. **Memorial Plaque** at far end revealing the truth: "The child was never missing. He was already dead. Blackwood Park was built on a lie." This ends Chapter 2 with "The Truth - 1999" ending.

**Side Content - Hunter's Cabin:** Off the main path (around x=8, z=-64) is a small wooden cabin. Entering triggers a hostile hunter NPC who points a gun and shoots the player after a moment, leading to alternate "The Hunt" ending and death screen.

**Currency System:** Glowing golden cylindrical coins called "Blackwood Marks" are scattered around the forest (5 marks each). Player collects by walking through them. HUD shows current marks balance. Marks can be spent in the Marketplace menu (accessible from main menu) to buy items like a Revolver (20 marks) or companion dog "Sweetie Pie" (55 marks).

**Controls Display:**
- Desktop: "WASD / arrows, move mouse to look, Shift to run, Space to jump"
- Mobile: "on-screen joystick and look controls appear automatically"
- VR: "left stick to move, right stick to turn, trigger to inspect"

**HUD Elements:** Top bar shows current objective (left side), collected Blackwood Marks count, and hint text below. Inspect prompt appears center-screen when near clues. Main menu has "ENTER BLACKWOOD" button plus Endings/Achievements/Marketplace tabs. Endings and Achievements show locked/unlocked cards. Death screen has restart button.

**Audio:** Eerie ambient music loop (dark, atmospheric), rustle sound effects when tension rises, horror stinger when killer appears. Lore pages trigger text-to-speech voiceover reading their content in a low male voice.

**Art Style:** Low-poly 3D models with simple geometry. Character models use rigged animations (idle, walk, run). Trees are mix of healthy green foliage and bare dead trees. Rocks are angular boulders. Blood decals are flat red splatter models. The smile mask is the key horror element - hand-painted canvas texture with unsettling grin. Color palette: dark greens/browns for forest, cold blue moonlight, warm orange floodlight, deep blacks in shadows, bright reds for blood/danger.

**Main Menu (Intro Screen):** Black background with red title "LOST CHILD: BLACKWOOD". Header reads "INCIDENT REPORT // BLACKWOOD FOREST". Story text: "You are the sheriff. A child vanished near Blackwood Forest an hour ago. Dispatch caught one broken radio call — then nothing but static." Below explains "This game starts with a missing child report, then turns into a hard first-person chase in the dark woods." Warning text: "SOMETHING IS ALREADY WAITING IN THE TREES." Shows mode selection (Desktop/Mobile/VR) and ENTER BLACKWOOD button. Bottom has Endings/Achievements/Marketplace buttons.

**Victory Conditions:** Multiple endings - survive the chase, get shot by hunter, get caught by killer, complete Chapter 2 basement. Achievements unlock for finding each clue, reaching the safe light, discovering the hidden wall, and finishing the truth ending. Game auto-saves progress to localStorage.
