Make your own game

Beach Spike Rush was built by Nurtas Torali with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix Beach Spike Rush opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for Beach Spike Rush

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Create a browser-based 3D arcade volleyball game titled “Beach Spike Rush 3v3.” Use a third-person perspective camera following a single player-controlled hero on the left half of a beach volleyball court. The player character is a stylized low-poly soldier/mini-arena humanoid, recolored bright cyan, with a glowing cyan circular marker at their feet. The court is a rectangular 18 by 12 unit sandy beach arena: warm tan sand, white boundary lines, and a white center line/net with dark teal translucent mesh, white top tape, and dark posts at both ends. Place four stylized palm trees around the outside corners of the court. Use a bright cyan sky/background with atmospheric fog, warm sunlight, soft shadows, and a colorful neon arcade presentation. Load low-poly character, palm, and blue ball models if available; otherwise use simple matching low-poly substitutes.

The match is an offline single-player volleyball test. The player’s team occupies the left side and consists of the locked hero plus two AI teammates. The two left-side AI players should be visibly distinct in color (mint green setter and yellow defender), while three opposing AI players stand on the right side (pink attacker, orange blocker, pink defender). Give the AI players simple role-based movement: when the ball is on the left, the two teammates move toward it and cover/set; when it is on the right, the three opponents move toward and cover the ball. The setter/near-ball teammate can automatically return the ball with an AI PASS action. Keep the overall behavior simple and arcade-like rather than implementing a full rules simulation.

Use a blue volleyball hovering and bouncing over the court. Start the ball around the left side at approximately (-2, 1.3, 1.4), with a small forward velocity, and track its velocity under gravity. It bounces when it reaches the ground; if it lands on the opponent’s right half, award the player/team a point, and if it lands on the player’s left half, award the opposing team a point. Also reset the rally if the ball travels outside the court bounds. The ball should collide with the center net around its height, reverse/dampen its horizontal velocity, and remain above the floor. Reset each rally to the same left-side serve position and show a short “POINT” banner. Display the score as “0 : 0” initially and update it as points are scored.

Controls must include WASD movement, Space to jump, E to pass/set, F to spike, Q to block, and Shift to dive/slide. For E PASS and F SPIKE, if the hero is within about 3.2 units of the ball, launch the ball toward the opposite side with upward velocity: a pass uses a moderate lift and a spike uses a stronger lift; show a temporary “SET / PASS” or “SPIKE!” banner. Add a short action cooldown of roughly 0.28 seconds. Q BLOCK temporarily raises the hero slightly for about 450 ms, and Shift DIVE temporarily lowers the hero for about 500 ms; these actions are primarily visible poses/state changes and need not add complex ball collision logic. Provide touch-friendly on-screen buttons for PASS (E), SPIKE (F), BLOCK (Q), and DIVE (Shift) that trigger the same actions.

Build a HUD over the game. At top left show glowing spaced lettering “BEACH SPIKE RUSH” with a small “3v3 TEST” label. At top right show a dark translucent scoreboard with a cyan border/glow, “YOU / TEAM,” a large warm sand-colored score in the format “0 : 0,” and “SERVE.” At bottom left show a dark translucent bordered hint panel containing the control string “WASD move · Space jump · E pass/set · F spike · Q block · Shift dive/slide.” At bottom right show four dark teal action buttons with cyan borders/glow, each with its keyboard symbol above its label. Show temporary centered status text near the top such as “RALLY START,” “POINT,” “AI PASS,” “SET / PASS,” and “SPIKE!” with a pink glow.

Before the match, display a full-screen dark blue/cyan translucent overlay menu. Center a bordered dark panel with cyan glow, the large cyan title “Beach Spike Rush 3v3,” the subtitle “Offline single-player volleyball test. Control one locked hero while two AI teammates cover, set, and attack.”, a pink-outlined “START MATCH” button, and a language row labeled “Language / Тіл” with “English” and “Қазақша” buttons. Clicking START MATCH (or pressing Enter) hides the menu and begins play. Switching to Қазақша should translate the subtitle, start button, control hint, team/serve labels, action labels, rally-start, and point text into the provided Kazakh equivalents while retaining the same layout and gameplay. Use responsive full-window rendering, dark navy overlays, cyan UI glow, pink accent glow, warm sand, and readable high-contrast text. Do not add modes, weapons, extra menus, lives, timers, or mechanics not described here.
