Make your own game

420 ISLANDS was built by scoobygattmer with the Cinevva game creator: describe the game you want in chat, watch it get built, and play it in your browser minutes later.

Remix 420 ISLANDS opens the real game in the creator and forks its actual files, chat and design doc, so you start from the code rather than from a description.

Read the build brief for 420 ISLANDS

Cinevva's analyzer read this game's design doc and its source, then wrote the brief below. "Make your own" hands it to the game creator as your opening message, so you start from a real spec rather than a one-line idea.

Rebuild a playable Three.js-style first-person 3D action adventure called "420 ISLANDS". Use a low-poly, colorful, softly glowing psychedelic island aesthetic: a deep indigo/purple sky with matching fog, warm orange sandy ground, a cyan ocean surrounding the island, a golden curved path, a glowing violet grove toward the back, a dark cave mouth on the left, and a raised violet cliff/arena on the right/back. Add scattered low-poly environmental assets: blocky palm-like trees, mushrooms, crystals, rocks, and plants. Use warm sunset lighting, soft shadows, colorful emissive materials, and a small crosshair at screen center.

The player is an invisible first-person character starting around the front of the island, with walking, jumping, gravity, and mouse/touch look. On desktop use FPS-style controls (WASD/movement, mouse look, Space to jump, F to fire, R to reload, I to open the pack); on mobile show a translucent circular virtual joystick at lower left, a right-side drag look region, and large bottom-right JUMP, reload, and FIRE buttons. The player carries a whimsical "BloomBlaster" visible at the lower right: a purple grip, glowing cyan bulb, and pink petal ring. A fire shot consumes one round and launches a small glowing cyan projectile toward the crosshair; the weapon briefly recoils. Start with health 100/100 and ammo 8/8. Reload instantly restores ammo to maximum. If health reaches zero, show a toast saying "You melted. Tap FIRE to respawn" and stop active gameplay until FIRE respawns the player at the starting position with full health and ammo.

Populate the island with six strange sprout enemies at positions distributed across the central and rear island. Each is a cute low-poly rounded capsule creature, colored purple, teal, or pink, with two pale glowing eyes and a small green leaf on top. They patrol around their home positions, investigate/chase when the player approaches, and nip the player at close range for 8 damage about every 1.5 seconds. Give them increasing hit points by type (35, 47, or 59), and make each BloomBlaster hit deal 24 damage. Defeated sprouts disappear and award 8 glowcoins and one luminous plant, incrementing the total and quest kill count. Display brief toast notifications such as "+8 glowcoins · strange sprout defeated" and "A sprout nipped you".

The progression objective is shown in a translucent dark quest panel at upper left with a mint accent: initially "FIRST TIDE" and "Clear 0/3 strange sprouts in the glowing grove." Update the count as sprouts are defeated. Once at least three sprouts are cleared, show "FIRST TIDE COMPLETE" and "Climb to the violet cliff and face the Crowned Bloom." When the player reaches the violet cliff zone, activate the boss encounter. Build the Crowned Bloom as a large glowing pink faceted/icosahedral core with a gold crown-like torus above it, six cyan radial arms, and two glowing eyes. Place it in a circular arena marked by a pink glowing ring and eight alternating cyan/gold obelisks. Show a boss HUD at the upper center labeled "THE CROWNED BLOOM" with a pink-to-mint health bar, initially 420 HP. The boss rotates and fires glowing pollen bolts at the player; its attack rate increases through three phases as health falls below 280 and 130, and phase-three bolts deal more damage. Player projectiles damage the boss for 18 each. When it reaches zero, hide it, award 120 glowcoins and 5 prism shards, show "BOSS DOWN · +120 glowcoins · 5 prism shards", and replace the quest with "ISLAND HEART COMPLETE" and "The Crowned Bloom has fallen."

Create a clean mobile-friendly HUD over the game. At the top, show a rounded dark translucent pill labeled "420 ISLANDS", a centered glowcoin counter beginning at "✦ 0", and a rounded "PACK" button. Under it, show the quest card. Put the centered white plus-shaped crosshair over the world. At the bottom left, show a horizontal health bar with a pink/red-to-gold gradient and the ammo text such as "8 / 8". At the bottom right, show circular dark-purple JUMP and reload buttons plus a larger coral-pink FIRE button. On mobile include the joystick, look zone, and the hint "Drag right to look · tap FIRE to bloom chaos". Use short translucent toast messages for combat and progression feedback.

The PACK button opens a dark blurred inventory overlay titled "FIELD PACK", with a two-column grid showing live values for Glowcoins, Luminous plants, Prism shards, Sprouts cleared, Blaster damage, and Respawn seed (display "ready"), plus a full-width CLOSE button. Persist progression such as health, ammo, currency, plants, crystals, kills, and boss completion in local storage so it survives reloads. Include responsive resizing and hide the touch controls on larger desktop screens. Keep the overall look playful, compact, neon-fantasy, and low-poly rather than realistic.
