When I move, the camera faces the wrong direction and the controls feel inverted. How do I get normal movement and camera controls?

Describe the behavior you expect and the assistant can correct the axes. Try "fix the camera so it faces the direction I'm moving, and make W move forward, S back, A left, D right." If only vertical look is wrong, say "invert the Y axis" or "don't invert the Y axis." Being explicit about which axis feels wrong gets it fixed in one pass rather than flipping back and forth.
